Re-engaging after LMR freeze outs

Re-engaging after LMR freeze outs
So I've been researching about overcoming LMR (one of my weakest points of game), and I have a question about re-engaging after a Freeze Out.

Let's say you're getting it on with a girl, and you encounter enough LMR that prompts you to do a freeze-out. Now after a couple minutes of ignoring her and doing whatever other stuff, how do you re-engage her?

Do you wait for her to come to you, or do you start on her again yourself?

Ask her to help you with something in the kitchen.
Once she comes over to help you then escalate.

Push LMR until she gets up and leaves. One step back, 2 steps forward. You can also ask her if she's worried about something, then tell her what she wants to hear. This works well for me.
