Hey guys,

Long time lurker and newly unplugged guy. I'm planning my first game trip and have narrowed down my choices to Manila and Jakarta. I'll spend a week in Saigon before either hopping over to the phils or Indonesia. I'm definitely looking to practice my game and am after some dense notch counts. I have read extensively on both places, but I realize there is a lot of emphasis placed on nightlife in Jakarta, which I have not been exposed to much. What do you guys think?

I can only speak for Manila.

My brief notes:

1. There's no game other than be cool and calm. Just show up and don't do anything that might scare them. That's it.

2. In 90 percent of cases there's no such thing as free sex in Phil. She may be a non-Pro, but she will probably hit you up with some kind of money request at some point in the future. They're not scammers, they're just genuinely very poor.

3. It's not talked about much here, but expect drama if you start sleeping with these girls, especially the non-Pros. Honestly, if you don't like drama, stick to the Pros down at LA Cafe or elsewhere.

Dogthom, but what about the higher class girls in the Fort and Makati?

I imagine It takes more than "be cool and calm" to snag a legitimate 8+ from a club in the Fort, doesn't it?

As far as girls hitting you up for money and sticking to p4p, why not just stick to higher quality girls who don't need your money? Seems a better way to avoid the problem than by fucking hookers.

You make some good points.

When I was in Manila, I mainly met girls on-line.

To be honest, basically I was shagging all the single moms in Manila for the most part (note to the newbie's, most Filipinas pop out a kid by 18).

Most of these girls were very nice sweet girls, feminine, soft, in spite of having pretty hard lives.

However, when it comes to pussy, economic class is irrelevant. A rich girl has the same general anatomy as a poor girl. The difference, of course, as you mention, is that the rich girl won't be looking for a handout.

I never did the club scene. I don't like clubs. I don't like loud music.

However, my general feeling in Phil is that most, but not all, upper class girls won't be caught dead with a white guy due to the sex tourist stereotype.


So I suppose if you're rich yourself, and you have some kind of serious social connections or you have a professional job in Manila (senior banker or something) you could have access to the richer girls.

But for the average punter on a 2 week vacation, I mean, you could go after the rich girls, but my feeling is you may never get laid.

This is really not the truth at all.

If you are well groomed with any semblance of class, 'cool' so to speak (which any game aware mofo should be able to at least fake), then this stigma will in no way apply to you.

Chances are the 'high class' Filos are part Chinese and take their heritage very seriously. They are more than likely expected t marry another Chinese person and their chances dip drastically if they are seen with a white guy. Same applies across South East Asia.

As for money requests in Manila, this was not my experience at all during the week I stayed there (mainly girls from Tinder and FC). I hardly spent money on my dates, never paid for the girl's taxi fare. Several girls would split the bill. One girl got me free entrance and drinks in a club where she knew the promoters, yet objected when I bought her a beer at the next place.

Some Tinder girls were just looking to get laid and more or less invited themselves to my apartment. Mainly girls from Makati/The Fort Area. Some higher class girls, some had a private driver.

That being said, none of the girls were more than a 7.5, and I'm tall, fit and in my 20s. So you could say these are girls are below my value in Philippines, and they don't take me seriously as a financial provider because of my age. If I return, I will only use online to get laid quickly and then focus on 8+ girls through day game and in upscale clubs.

To the OP's question: I have spent very limited time in Jakarta, but I would say Manila is the easier option if you are new to game and SEA (easier as a destination, I can't say much about easiness of girls). Jakarta is a logistical nightmare, very frustrating city. But the plus side is your value is through the roof there; I had girls screaming to me "You're handsome!" in the middle of the day when I was walking with a girl on my arm, wearing shorts and flip flops. I only spent one night there, so don't put much weight on my opinion.

May I ask why you don't consider Bangkok?

To find out which place suits you the best we need more information. What is your game level? Your age/looks? How much time do you have? Your preferred game? Online-, Day-, Nightgame? Do you also want to do some sightseeing or other activities?

Girls in the Philippines are definitely the easiest followed by Jakarta and Bangkok (if that is an option as well). Hence, if your game isn't the best, I would recommend Manila or Cebu.

Quality of life is the best in Bangkok (public transport, things to do, food). Bangkok is also the cheapest I think. Hence, if you want to stay at least for a month, I would recommend Bangkok. It's very easy to find a short term apartment deal and it is not far from Saigon.

Foreigner value is the highest in Jakarta.

Too many pros and too many expats. This is a location that is classically known as a sex tourist destination. Also, I am under the impression that shoring seems to be the norm here. Not sure if I will like that.

To give you some background on myself, I am 5'11", 180ish lbs. I am extremely pale, although I do not identify as white. People often have a hard time distinguishing that. Needless to say, it is very ambiguous. Looks are roughly average. I have started experimenting with the pipelining process and things are looking ok. Manila seems to be the absolute king for online game, although I do get some strong bites from Jakarta as well. I also like daygame, although I am a beginner. Night game is foreign to me, but I would like to participate eventually.

There is no such thing as online game in Jakarta or Manila. If you are good-looking, you will get 6's and 7's. If you are average-looking, you will get 5's and 6's. There's no game involved other than not saying hello. Girls will come to your place and will expect sex or at least some kind of entertainment. And no, these girls don't want money either - all of the girls I've met in these places had cars and drivers and stuff like that. Manila has a lot of pros, maybe the same number as in Thailand.

In Bangkok I find that the sex destination really makes it a worthy 'game' destination, as you'll actually have to do something to distinguish yourself from the masses.

Your looks don't matter really - if you are good looking in your home country, then you can play the looks game in Asia. If you aren't good-looking, then you'll have to work a bit harder.

Why not just stay in Saigon?

Thanks for the info. I decided to only stay 1 week in Saigon because I wanted to experience a place with high volume and where I can maximize my bangs. Saigon is enticing, but it is on the conservative side.

Shoring is definitely not the norm in Bangkok. There are enough normal girls. You just need to know how to avoid all the pro's when you go out at night and that is easy.

Daygame is harder in Bangkok and Jakarta due to the language barrier. I also found that Online Game is "harder" in Bangkok than in Jakarta. Girls from Jakarta I chatted with online (but haven't met in person) used to keep initiating conversations even weeks after I got their whatsapp. Nevertheless, you can also do very well with Online Game in Bangkok, especially with thaifriendly. It's just that your competition is higher.

I am sure you will have a great time in all of those cities and since girls are easy in all of them, I would recommend making your decision based on other factors.

Of all the info on this forum about BKK, that was your conclusion? Did you even read one thread about Bangkok, or just come to that conclusion based on preconceived notions and ignorance?

I don't think that Saigon is any more difficult than Bangkok, although both are slightly more difficult than Jakarta. Manila again doesn't count because it's just too easy.

You'd get laid in all of these places, probably several times if you rely on the online dating websites where girls are into foreigners.

My friend who was born and raised there said the exact opposite. He said that getting a white guy is a status thing to them. Also some girls try to get knocked up by white guys because the kid being white/half white is much more likely to success or become famous.

I was talking about Jakarta vs. Manila vs. Bangkok. I haven't been to all parts of the Philippines yet, only to large parts of Cebu Island, Manila and Siargao. I got a lot of stares, but in none of those places have I been asked for photos. During my 3 days in Jakarta I had about 20-30 people asking if they could take a picture with me. In second-tier cities I got to a point where i couldn't even go to a mall without people asking for a photo. It got pretty annoying after some time.

Have you read the Jakarta thread? I haven't gamed there, but if you read the thread you will see that there are enough DTF girls in Jakarta.
