So I've been working out a lot and I've got to the stage now where people comment on my physique.

I've had 2 experiences recently where girls who know me have taken a sexual interest in me when probably none existed before but said things like "I didn't realise you were so tall!" to justify their new feelings.

Has anyone else experienced this? What's the best way to capitalise on it? Have you had the opportunity to give a "fuck you!" to a girl that you used to be into but only became interested in you after you got buff?

Normal for any man who has lost weight, gotten more successful etc.

There is no reason to feel butt-hurt about it. The sexual market is brutal in it's reality. If you brushed up on Game, became more dominant and dexterous with your language, then a similar effect could have been attained.

Still - women have a minimum attraction threshold and you have just passed the one of more women. But all of this is of course relative - fame and great wealth would have lowered their attraction threshold as well.

Best way is to not give a fuck. Fuck them well and dump them - that is how to deal with it. Keep in mind that for men a former fattie who has gone hottie is similar - the only difference is that men don't lie as much about the fact while women lie with a straight face that they are into the overweight nice guy.

Feelings of butt-hurt stem from realizing the wrongness of that Blue Pill reality.

Isn't attention from women one of the reasons you built up your physique? And now you are mad that it is working?

Seems like a waste of effort. If you still like them, then try to bang them, if not then don't even think about them.

I'm not butt hurt at all about the situation, quite the opposite. I was just interested in others experiences in similar situations.

How about you focus on banging these girls rather than getting back at them for nebulous stuff? Are you trying to prove a point or get laid. I occasionally have to ask myself that question when I find myself doing dumb shit. This is silly shit.

That's your own resentment and anger surfacing over who you were in the past. Let it go. That's not who you are now. Stop looking back on what you can't change, and keep moving forward to what you can.

Basically: take the damn compliment with good humour. Maybe joke about trying to get into shape for 'Magic Mike 3'. You don't have to bang these girls, but you can still game them so they enjoy being around you and bragging to others that they know you. They might have hotties in their extended social circle, and keeping on friendly terms with these girls, where they think they might just stand a chance with you, gives you an easier 'in' down the road with their friends.

Why burn a bridge that could lead to greener pastures?

Actually its perfectly reasonable for a man, any man to recoil into "fuck you" insults towards those girls who did not feel he was worthy of being admired in a sexual way.

A lot of men who grew out of boyhood could tell you of stories about slaying girls they went to school with but at the time considered them nerds, fatties, social rejects etc. Or basically grew into something attractive.

This comes down to one thing. A person is only worth as much as their attractiveness. If you were on both sides of the coin like the OP it is a bitter pill to take because they had to put up with all sorts of shit as they did not meet some set ideal in the looks department.

"oh suddenly these people take notice of me because my shoulders are big, my jaw is defined and my abs are visible". A very, very vicious cycle you can get mixed up in.

I agree its butt hurt (childish insult) but thats all about learning. I would hazard a guess a man who became good looking through time and effort is much better equipped to handle game than a man who is good looking and then falls flat on his face when things go to shit.

I haven't actually felt any of the anger and resentment mentioned in this thread. I've experienced the phenomena twice, banged one and made out with the other (still considering if I can close it as she is sort of in an LTR).

I posed the question in the OP as it's such a cliche in any movie that involves a montage of the protagonist undergoing a transformation and I wondered if anyone would go down that road in real life.

Personally it's unlikely I'd find myself in that position as I moved interstate for university and only talk to a few close friends from my home town.

That said, one school friend looked me up on FB and she is smokin' now and I plan to meet up with her when I'm in her city next. No anger or resentment if she is into it, might have a laugh about it though.

One idea that prompted this thread is if there was some strategy that I could try to actually prompt that reassessment that has given me the above mentioned success. Like a reset on the friendzone button or something.

Another aspect is the plain different reception in a "meat market" atmosphere of a club. Girls seem more willing to stick around and chat and actually take the time to get to know me which is nice.

You have worked hard on yourself to increase your sexual market value, giving you access to girls you previously wouldn't have already. Your mind and thinking needs to catch up with your newly acquired SML.

You shouldn't be thinking from a hateful "fuck you", but instead "I'm going to fuck you".

I was on the best workout program ever. Big Beyond Belief which is a workout program by Leo Costa based on Bulgarian power lifting principles tweaked to appeal to us aesthetics chasing bodybuilders.

Might seem impossible without juice but i gained 15-20 lbs of muscle within 8 months on the 6 day a week program. Accused for being on gear everyday like what in the hell lol.

From my experience i can tell you that for the most part girls dont really care about your body except at certain times when they're ovulating or during prom or so when all they care about is getting laid.

The hottest girl in our school is dating this skinny-fat guitar emo fucker who doesnt even now how to play guitar properly.

So most likely what they are attracted to .... including the girls in your OP is your new found confidence.

Do not let that beginner muscle gains confidence get to you though. It got to me and i was approaching all the girls in school per RSD and ended up being suspended for the rest of the year.

Just stay humble, yet confident. Medium self-esteem that is stable beats high self esteem that is fragile.

OP - you have to admit that your wording was conveying the wrong message.

The friendzone is left quite quickly with newfound higher SMV - back it up by instant flirting and sexualization. Just let her know that you are clearly interested in her.

There is nothing else that needs to be added to it - you have a bump up in sexual market value and use it accordingly. Game rules and female psychology still apply.

Also - as Icanconfirm mentioned - going autistic RSD-style mass-approach at college is idiotic. This must be done in a smarter fashion, when you see each other often enough. There are certain ways and methods around college that work. Plenty of that on the forum.

For example: Saying hi to a girl you saw, getting her name, introducing yourself and then walking off saying that you just wanted to introduce yourself, because you thought she was cool. Next time you greet her by name. Maybe the 3rd time you chat with such a pre-warmed girl and run more direct Game. Such Game methods are specifically useful for young guys at colleges, where you don't need to go full brunt at a night-club or on a New York street, where you will likely never again see that girl again. You see a lot of people at college, know their faces, but never know their names - make it a habit to introduce yourself to the cute ones just to say hi (until their bitch-shield is lowered and you are fucking her a few such bump-ins down the road).


BTW - Icanconfirm - your experience of getting suspending for running RSD mass approaching on college sounds interesting - you could write that up on thread. It's not that we advocate mindless mass-approach anyway, but that story seems to be cool enough.

Glad that the thread seems back on track. I was totally smashed and a little high from a sweet make out session when I wrote this at 4am yesterday morning.

Some of the feedback is good so thanks. I'm not talking about beginner gains, I started at 65kg 18 months ago and have now hit 79kg, 191cm tall.

Discussing the experience is good as I can square it away and focus on the important things.

I think this is a key insight right here. I would add two words:

"That's your own resentment and anger surfacing over who you thought you were in the past."

You've self-identified with a negative thought pattern in the past and it still has some momentum.
