RE: Federal Prisoner overpowers female guard, causes manhunt in DC area
I was thinking about the fire department today and how I doubt a woman firefighter would be able to carry me out of a fire. I believe in equality (I didn't say feminism)but certain positions require skills and strengths that should never be gender adjusted.

That's only because, just like you, gravity is sexist and misogynistic--just another artificial construct of dead white males to make women look bad.
Women are but socially-conditioned to be less able to lift heavy objects.
Don't try man-splaining this with that physics and bio-mechanical muscle-mass stuff.

Many jurisdictions have lowered their physical agility standards to a laughably low level out of a fear of being sued. They also make them pass/fail rather than scoring it like the written test, which is a mistake for physical jobs. I have seriously gotten female EMT's fresh out of field training that can't even load a stretcher with a 154lb (70kg) patient because their white knight FTO never bothered to make them load the stretcher alone. You can imagine about how long I put up with that shit... It's one instance where black knighting makes them a better person and better at their job.
How do you deal with this situation without having them "get back at you" by spreading nasty rumors about you that have nothing to do why they are pissed at you in the first place?

Most women "looking for advice" are in reality looking for someone to validate their cosmic victimhood, because it's not really their fault, because it's never their fault. This behavioural trait isn't absent among men, but when we fail society cares not, while when women fail there is no shortage of comforting platitudes on offer from every vector."

I'm licensed to fight fires and renewed my ticket mid-last year. (It sounds like Big Ball Trolling, but Bushfires are a huge problem in Rural Area of Australia and it usually comes down to reserve members of the community backing up the full-time guys).
I'm a built guy in great condition for my age, but I was loaded up with the Turnout Gear, Full Oxygen Tank, Axe and the deadweight of my 6ft2 instructor, and was expected to carry him to safety from a fully-lit, smoke-filled room.
It was physically-demanding to a degree that I refuse to believe any woman other than the strongest 1980's East German Woman's Weightlifter could do it. The majority of women struggle with shopping bags.
I see no value in valuing Hurt Feelings over Dead Bodies.

Short answer my reputation. I'm known for having a saint like degree of patience with new people and I genuinely work with them to make them better. I teach them how to load with proper biomechanics and I scale the weight and make them improve over time, I don't expect immediate results. I also talk about it with other people first, I get out in front on the narrative and have even gotten other women into shaming/motivating them to get better. I use the gyrlll power and you go girlism to my advantage. But the number one thing is I'm not known for being a dick, if I chew someone's ass everyone assumes they had to work hard to earn it.
I did get bit in the ass once for calling an ex a "cunt" in front of a woman I was about to fail during her orientation. You live, you learn. I keep it pretty PC around the womynfolk these days.

Everyone knows this, but two things are true.
(1) Fire departments value not getting sued over the individual lives of the people they are going to be in a position to assist. If it comes down to it, they are planning on avoid getting sued (and/or losing their jobs due to "being woman haters") and having men pick up the slack when it comes to actually saving lives. As far as they are aware, if they make logical, safety oriented decisions, they'll just be replaced by someone more "open-minded" anyway, so they have no choice, but to lower standards for women, while holding out hope that the men will figure out a way to cover for the women they have to now put up with.
(2) Women care more about their own solipsist self of achievement than the lives that they are going to endanger. They'll just run that hamster wheel until any awareness of their own incapability is a distant memory. A good example of this is how women uniformly believe that they could take a man in a fight "if they really wanted to."

People are still liable to get rescued out of burning buildings, but the relative risk to men is significantly higher.
That is just what we are seeing in every field across the western world.
The work still has to get done, women continue to burn every last second of vacation and sick time and often more so. Spend countless hours at work gossiping. Or in the case of the fire fighters, simply cannot pull their own weight.
So it is up to the men to work harder and harder and put themselves at greater risk.
The end result of feminism is the average guy is asked to work harder, work longer hours, put themselves into even greater physical risk of life and limb, all for even less money per cost of living than their own fathers and no good wife to come home and make it worth while. So they work more for less and due to this cannot afford to have a decent life. And the rich men continue to get richer.

It was here, but appears to have been removed from Youtube.
Anyway, the premise of the video was that they had a woman who wanted to become a firefighter, break through a door (demonstration only) to save someone in a burning building. Long story short, she couldn't do it.
They got a man to do it and he got it first try.

RE: Federal Prisoner overpowers female guard, causes manhunt in DC area
Since a lot of people have brought up firefighting, in my experience even the women that can meet the laughably low standards required on the physical agility test wind up with serious health problems from working a job like that. Every retired female firefighter I have met had serious ortho problems, especially horrendously bad backs. I genuinely don't think the average women's frame is built to handle the physical stress of structural firefighting.
That said I think a lot of female medics have some serious advantages over their male counterparts. One the physical demands of being a medic are much lower and the demand for empathy and the need for high level communication skills are much higher. A lot of male medics have difficulty handling the nurturing caregiver aspect of being a medic. Also, many men are more comfortable being open about pain and showing weakness, particularly psychological pain, with a woman than the jacked young alpha male firefighter/medic next to her. Abused/raped women and children also respond much better to female medics. As much as I'm dogging on women in public safety, it's important to note that out of my top 5 partners 3 were women.
