No soy at all. Most vegans who are in the know avoid soy. That stuff is pushed on the unwashed masses. She eats mostly raw vegan, lots of fruits along the 80-10-10 diet - but also rice, potatoes, greens etc.

The long-term consumers of soy are actually eating it mostly fermented due to knowledge of some of the less positive properties of soy. Soy is good as a provider for raw resource (organic soy), but a lousy one for human consumption.

I have a hard time believing that picture is not photoshopped to make her look worse. However, I do think it's easy to sit here and poke fun at all the flaws of someone while ignoring our own. Of all the women you've dated or slept with, how many of them had true genetic and physical perfection? Take the makeup and clothes off most non-celebrity women and you'll find them less desirable based on pure physical looks alone, but that doesn't mean we don't look past all that on a daily basis. That said, I do think women definitely put a lot more work into hiding their flaws (i.e. makeup, big sunglasses), whereas most men tend to own it (i.e. baldness). It's funny how we're always shocked when it comes off and the woman is revealed as her true self, whereas a man looks looks basically the same 24/7.

If we all spent a little less time on the internet scrutinizing the details of a woman we're never going to meet and more time on ourselves we'd all be a little better off. On that note, time for me to go for a run.
