My guess is sort of a perfect storm of bad choices. alcohol making her fat, hard dieting that eroded muscle mass, stimulants along part/all of the way, boob job that didn't shrink along with the rest ( I hate boob jobs to begin with looks fake) , and finally the reknowned NOT ENOUGH SLEEP.

Does she eat a lot of soy/edamame? My understanding is that these increase estrogen levels. Perhaps this has a beneficial effect for women's breasts.
