Yeah Pina Coladas are damn delicious, but I try to reserve them for 'sun and water', i.e. beach and hotel pools. It just maxes out my relaxation and pleasure, like all the ingredients have come together.

I have a bunch:

I go on fast-food binges. It's like I will eat super-healthy for a couple of months and then binge on fast food for a week or so, and then repeat the cycle.

I watch too many NBA games.

I binge too many shows that I have already seen on Netflix.

Spend too much time here (though I haven't been posting much lately) and online in general.

Looking at my guilty pleasures it's no wonder I struggle with my productivity at times .

My guilty pleasure used to be a spliff in the evening before sleep. Or a creamy pint of Guinness now and then.

But now?
Sometimes I put a AC/DC live concert playing in my headphones and I'm beating my drums along with it for two solid hours. That's my current guilty pleasure.

-Emotional and kind of sappy EDM. Mountains by Ramses B is a good example of what I mean.
-Manga
-Flirting with girls below my punching weight just to see how they respond(usually stuttering and confused) then walking off.
-Using hot girls to keep me company that have obvious red flags but not banging them. Usually with a cigar and coffee while venting or reading a book. I do make out with them for fun though.
-I really like making out with girls and it gives me more mental pleasure but less physical pleasure then sex at times.
-Fighting games and RPGs
-Sweet coffee based or Starbucks type drinks(Vanilla Bean Frappes are my shit).

I can pace in a circle thinking for hours once I'm done with my daily checklist.
It's really more of a bad habit than anything. I've probably blown through 10,000 hours of my life doing this already whereas I could have achieved mastery in something, especially when I was a teen.
