Funny writing, however there is a big caveat to the story - when they show a pic of the broad they tag-teamed:



That face is the equivalent of a male walk of shame - also they almost got sentenced to years for rape and got their lives ruined (military career would have been over). Judges should read that article and first consider which one of those lies could fit the narrative. This woman used reason nr. 1 - mask infidelity. Threesome sounds worse to the boyfriend than getting gang-raped I guess.

I could not agree more, and in fact I think that should be the preferred legislative remedy for false rape accusations. They need to be framed and understood as a kind of sex crime, requiring registration (as long as those insane registries exist, anyway).

These women make up such stories again and again; they are always the ones who have been "molested" by some relative way back in their childhood, "raped" and "assaulted" by every Tom, Dick and Harry from their past. This is consistent with point #1, that false accusation is a kind of sex crime.

There would be great poetic justice if some of these monstrous false accusers would get a taste of the same sort of treatment as the one to which they have subjected countless innocent men in this country -- and one which would be amply justified in their case.

I think that with the right reframe-- false accusation is a sex crime and needs to be treated as as such -- this kind of approach could gain some serious advocates, and become part of the discussion. It might just be our best hope of deterring women from making these life-destroying false accusations.

I don't agree that she should get a sentence equal to rape. Probably closer to the sentence for attempted rape. We don't punish successful and failed attempts at crimes equally, since in the latter the victim suffers far less.

I agree - but I also think labeling her a sex offender is justified. She shouldn't be thrown in prison for 10 years - but she should face consequences that will affect her the rest of her life.

I wish that was the case and she will be punished. But she will get the poosy, I mean extra fat poosy pass. Hell Amanda Knox is getting married and though was considered not guilty the fact that they were looking at her case again makes me think there was something there. So a potential murderer can get married so can this false rape accuser. Most men just have no standards.
