68% or rapes not being reported sounds greatly exagerated unless 67% of those are from guys.. ACTUAL rape of women is a very rare crime. Madonna is the same woman who used to drive around New York in a limo and pick up random guys to fuck in there! Do some women not report this for their own reasons? Yes of course but the majority can not keep a secret to save their life!! And why was that mattress carrying liar being quoted, she is the last person that needs to speak on behalf of victims! When you have "victims" smiling like this for a monthly survivor spotlight, you know how twisted the whole meaning of rape has become and the insanity surrounding the "culture". It is a free for all circus right now if your a woman and use that word.

What is horrible is how these people will NEVER bring up or discuss men being raped which often leads to suicide or the start of a child molestation cycle. Here is a documentary clip of a 17 year old who was denied protection after being repeatedly being raped in prison., he eventually ended up killing himself in there. He was in there for starting a fire in a dumpster

I saw the 'Susan' movie when I was 15 or so, where she was cast against Rosanna Arquette - a nine for me and goddammit why did I just google her and not just remember her how she was. Madonna struck me as obnoxious and masculine, and, well, a 6 standing next to a 9.



Madonna was a late starter. By the time of 'True Blue', Madonna was already 29, and I remember clearly thinking she looked harsh and old in some of the videos, and that whatever looks she had had clearly peaked. Of course, now I know it as 'The Wall'.

I couldn't figure out why my mates still found her attractive. I mean, we had goddamn Kylie Minogue on the charts at the same time, one of the most girly girls in existence.

As a previous poster mentioned, NYC in the 70s was a very intense and scary (and unspeakably glorious) place, one of the places and times in US history when violent crime of all kinds was not at all uncommon. They do not experience anything like the sense of violation and a stain on their honor as a man would if raped -- and a man would feel that way even if he is the only one who knows, because it is his inner sense of honor and integrity that is violated. Whereas for a woman it is often only serious if others know; the same goes for all sorts of voluntary sexual antics -- there is no shame and no problem as long as no one knows.

These are not very popular truths but they are truths nonetheless. Men too often imagine that women share their sense of honor and integrity and that leads to them to have very wrong ideas about women's vulnerability. A woman can much more easily be broken and traumatized for life if a man she loves dumps her unceremoniously for another, than if a stranger fucks her for 10 minutes at knife point and lets her go. Again, this is not to say the latter is not a serious violent crime that should be punished -- but it is to say that it should not be sacralized and held up to be an unspeakable and irreparable violation that exceeds all others.

First, actual violent-knife-wielding-attackers-hiding-in-the-bushes type of rape is incredibly rare. Also, when it does happen it is usually by someone outside of the woman's tribe. So in America if it happens to a white woman it is usually by a non-white male. Even when it is by a white male it is usually still someone outside of her social sphere. i.e. if she is middle class then it will be a lower class male and probably someone with a complete different culture to her own.

Second, I don't doubt that there are a lot of what you might call grey-rape or maybe a better term would be sort-of rapes. These would be the more egregious sexual assaults. So, things like guys pushing the boundaries, not taking no as an answer, assaulting her when she is black out drunk or passed out. I still maintain that these are not very common but I would also not be surprised if they happen on a somewhat frequent basis, especially compared to the violent assault like the recent porn star who was raped during a home invasion.

If you think about it this would be a big deal to us men but probably not a big, or much of a big, deal to a woman. Also, it might explain why so many women claim to be raped. Maybe something has happened to her but it wasn't exactly rape-rape. This is probably especially likely if she is a slut and/or party's a lot.

Think about it for a moment. On any given Friday and Saturday night on a State U campus there are huge numbers of young drunk men and women. My State U had an undergraduate population of about 26K on average and on any given game weekend I would bet 20k were drinking and partying. Add in the non-undergraduates, the drop outs, and out of towners who come to party and there is easily double that number of drunk young people.

So, considering those numbers I wouldn't be surprised if a few dozen women have something happen to them. Again not usually violent rape but something that crosses a few boundaries. I might put it in the same category of alcohol and drug overdoses. They are rare but they do happen and again on a party weekend with young dumb people they are going to happen more frequently.


Here's a bit of a thought experiment:

Imagine you live in a world where there are two types of people. Your type of people, meaning you, have access to all the sweets you can imagine or every want. Every type of cookie, candy, and chocolate is yours for the taking. In fact, you own the means of production. You wake up in the morning and can eat any sugary delight you want. You can eat it all day any day to your hearts desire.

Now, if you lived in this type of endless sugary abundance then you would probably grow bored with it. Holidays, like Halloween, that use candy as a treat would have no meaning to you because there is no scarcity for you. You would have no idea what it was like to savor dessert or eat it first.

It simply wouldn't mean much to you because of the abundance. Sure, you would still enjoy it but it wouldn't be special. Now, on the other hand there is another group of people.

This other group has no access and much less abundance to sugary delights. Many of this other group would go their entire lives without ever tasting a piece of chocolate or a cookie. Even more of this group would go years between having dessert. They would structure their entire lives around just getting some chocolate here and there. Most would give up all sorts of freedom to simply get a boring cookie once or twice a month.

Now, remember you are in the previous group. If you found one of these from the other group, we'll call them thirsters, had stolen a few chocolate bars would you really care? I imagine it might upset you for a few hours but remember that four or five chocolate bars is nothing to you because you own the chocolate factory. Also, if you were one of the thirsters you would probably be even more pissed at the theft because someone got what you wanted for free while you are working your ass off to get even a small fraction of what was stolen.

In my scenario candy/cookies/chocolate are sex and the thirsters are men. You can put whatever you want as the sex substitute. Think about it as money maybe, if you were Bill Gates or as wealthy as he is would you give a shit about 10 or 20 thousand dollars? Sure, it might piss you off for a few hours or days but it is basically a rounding error to you due to your wealth. On the other hand, for most of us average people losing 20k would be devastating. Same basic premise.

Women own sex and are the gate keepers of it. This is why it isn't that big of a deal to them. Especially in an environment that has birth control, abortion, and a lack of tribal loyalty.

One thing that can never be forgotten about Madonna is that when she was being produced (and fucked) by the great Jellybean Benitez, she was recording some f'ing great and permanent music.

Her great first album ("Madonna") is masterpiece after masterpiece, Lucky Star, Holiday, Everybody, Physical Attraction, hell, every song on that album is pretty much amazing, and the second album ("Like A Virgin") is only a click below with plenty of sweet tunes.

It was all downhill from there musically -- but those two albums, especially the first one, can never be taken away and you can listen to them from time to time and they sound as fresh as ever.

Well, she's 46. She had a damn good run. I still would have banged her up until a few years ago, because she was still exceptionally-fit and, well, girly, for a woman her age. Unlike most singers, she's laid back and doesn't take herself too seriously.
