It's only just dawning on me how much admin is involved in being promiscuous.

In the sense that the wall affects a woman's looks in relation to how how she looked in her peak - yes. However, the thirst you speak of and the levels of attention that women get online means that a man at his peak will have less choices than a woman post-wall.

This is where the older woman craze has come from. The average man's SMV matches more with post-wall women than with women his age or younger unless they are very plain.

I've had discussions with 20-something slim women who said that they envy more attractive men for their options out there. They honestly believe that a male 7 in looks has it better than a female 7.

To them getting 150 matches a day is getting nothing, since most men are not good enough for her.

I have an idea for an experiment:

Gather a sample of 1,000 men and 1,000 women, and use some rating algorithm to rank them in terms of attractiveness. Then show everyone those of the opposite sex who rank similarly (e.g. woman #400 sees men #390-410) and ask 'Would you consider dating this person?'

My hypothesis is that the women would almost always be repulsed by the men who are roughly as attractive as they are.

Anyone want to give me a grant?

OKCupid found that women deemed 80% of men on the site to be less than average in looks. This level of mathematical nonsense is pretty spectacular and I think this is helping to cause the older woman - younger man thing because the average man's online SMV is closer to that of a 'post-Wall' older woman than that of a woman around his age.

I agree about this -2 SMV off-set in the West. I have seen this time and time again.

Tinder, along with other forms of social media, are best understood as hypergamy enablers. Remember the "80-20 rule" which asserted that 20% of the men commanded the interest of 80% of the women? Well, technology such as the Tinder app is on course to shift that figure in the direction of 95-5 and, in due course, perhaps to an even more extreme ratio. We as humans are headed quickly to a state of sexual selection that is common in the animal kingdom, where only a very small selection of males percentage-wise win the chance to mate with the females. This, of course, is only a natural consequence of feminism's having removed any restrictions of a woman's natural tendency to indulge in extreme hypergamy if given the chance to do so.

The tendency for men in their 20s to bang women 10-20 years older than they is not a testament the modern male's increased openness to the "richness" and "experience" of an older women, as many a feminist would claim, but is rather a neon-lit advertisement of the male thirst that is stalking this land.

I don't see any obvious solution to this development other than to go foreign, even though the penetration of the smartphone into countries such as Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, et.c., is also reported to be well underway there. But I suspect that there are also cultural factors which might act as headwinds to female entitlement in those countries and hold in check some of the more obnoxious traits of the typical western female, i.e., their narcissism, shitty snarky personality and general disdain for men. Time will tell.
