I’m close to 30 and I look very young. A few people have told me that I look 16 and everyone says I look no older than 18. I can barely grow any facial hair, and if I grow my facial hair out, you can barely see it. I’m also tall and skinny.

Is it usually a turnoff if a guy who is that old looks like he’s no older than 18 and has no facial hair? Do women in their late 20s and older make a bigger deal out of it than younger women?

I also dress very casually. I usually wear jeans, sneakers and a t-shirt if it’s hot and if it’s cold, I add a hoodie. Does dressing like that (like a college student) make me look worse? Would I be more attractive to women in their late 20s if I dressed nicer, like wearing a button-down shirt and dress shoes? Or would it not matter?

OP, it sounds like you know the answer to your question, and are looking for someone to convince you otherwise.

Get your look together and stop being skinny by default. That was me for a long time - but then I decided I wasn't going to be skinny anymore.

You come across as 18 because you don't do the work that a 30 year does in order to seem his age. Lack of facial hair is an excuse to mask this truth.

First of all, no one here can give you an answer unless you post pictures. Even still, there is still no way for anyone to speak to what your vibe is.

And whether women are attracted to your look or not doesn't matter if you don't approach them.

Why don't you try out different styles, approach a few women with each and report back.

I'm 28 and even with a beard (which fortunately, I have no trouble growing) people usually guess 22-24, but only because they know that I've already graduated university.

Without the beard, I'd probably pass for 19.

I like not shaving, so I keep the beard. But if I shaved it of and looked 19, I'd maximize on this and use all the superior resources I've acquired at age 28 to bang the hell out of a bunch of 18 year olds.

I four years, I'm going to be 32 and 12 years older than the barely legal girls. At that point, I'm going to be try to look as young as possible. So will you.

You definitely want to do everything possible to maximize a mature look but take it from someone who was in your exact predicament, you will LOVE it when you get into your 30's and 40's. When I was 21 I looked about 15 and now at 43 women routinely tell me how young and good I look, especially for someone my age. Make fitness a priority so you don't let yourself go over the years and you will be light years ahead of the competition in about 10-15 years.

Dude - your mental process is getting the wrong results from your young looking mug.

Instead of wanting to bang women your age, set your phasers on AGE 19 and bang teenage girls.

What is wrong with you man? You look younger, that is good - you can more easily bang girls in their prime 18-22 while being in your end 30s or 40s.

In time you will age for sure - if you can pull a Michael J. Fox for some time, then it's all good.

What you likely need is Game and the ability to approach young girls in expert fashion - it is clear from your post that this is the case. Fortunately there are entire libraries of useful stuff out there to help you. Your youthful looks only predetermine your target age range - all good and boner-worthy.

OP it's a gift. Hit the gym and enjoy the ire of people your own age when your baby face makes you look beautiful at 30-40 years old.

It always bothered me having a baby face, i'm grateful to notice me coming into my own in my mid 20s.

I'm 28, people guess I'm 26, shit people would guess I'm in my early twenties if it wasn't for my beard.

Yet here I am, still banging young girls ! You should be doing the same, don't focus your energy on spent up late 20's women.

If you dress casual that's better, reason being you'll fit the younger profile.

I dress somewhere in the middle, button ups, nice denim, casual kicks like vans/chucks.

I can dress up when I want, blazer, denim, hell even suited up.

You have to learn to adapt to attract the certain type of women you want, older or younger.

I wouldn't worry about what turns on an older woman though

You should be focus on what brings your features out, and use them to your advantage.

A baby face is a god send for you in the long run man !

OP - I'm 22 and have had people guess I'm anywhere from 23 to 30.

Believe me, I'd love to have your problem right now.

Understand that it's a blessing and that you should use it to your fullest capability while you still can.

And don't be chasing late-20's women - it's no fun when you have to deal with her agenda on top of everything else.

I had this problem in my 20's..or so I thought.It's a blessing mate.Just get fit.At 25 I had a 18 year old girlfriend and just banged 17 to 22 year olds .But like a dickhead I was unhappy.
At 27, 21 year olds were on the list at 30 they were still there....but like a dickhead , I hooked up with my wife who also looked younger.
I had that "I must settle down and have kids" bullshit mindset ..When I look back at being single I actually think I had it good...but I did not know it at the time.
I use to be jealous of guys that looked older than me but now at 44 the same guys are jealous of me because basically they look older than their age....some look 10 years older ffs.
All you can do is improve on what you got..woman my age now say "what your 33 ,35?"....no shit..and it's music to my ears.

I'm 18 and girls tell me I'm mature and look 21-25. I think it might be due to the fact I don't dress like a frat boy and care about my appearance, but shit it gets to you after a while embrace your baby face and start lifting.

Hm - that can differ really - some men have more masculine faces or are more serious and look older than they are.

I remember that from 19-21, most people thought that I was older, because I appeared so intense or whatever. Then at around 30 it started to shift and I looked younger than my age.

It's really true that with age you get the face you have earned while in the beginning you get what the genetic lottery has chosen for you. Lifestyle and our experiences have tremendous influence on that.

Same with me. I had a hard time getting with younger chicks in college when I was 19-22 because I looked older and "too mature" for them.

Now I'm 35 and look 28. I'm still working on an angle on how to take advantage of that with the younger chicks while I still can (so far not successful).

I bang all age groups.

I live in Asia, so age gaps are not very important here, and it's actually been easiest banging 18-24 year olds, because at 25, these girls get into fairly serious husband hunting.

The beard helps me play up my novelty factor.

But if I was living somewhere else and having trouble accessing 18 year old college sluts, I'd seriously have to consider shaving for the first time in years.

Embrace your baby face. Im 28 I go after 18 and 19 yr old girls. When I shave most of them think Im around their age group anyways.

I quit drinking alcohol and try to limit sugar intake just to keep my face looking as young as possible. I fucking love 18 yr old girls, theyre all so tight and hot

When I meet girls fresh out of college on nights out who are 23-25ish they usually guess 22-25 when the age questions comes around, and younger girls give me the "you're so mature" line way too much. Right now it's not really a negative because I'm in college, but it might be when I get out. It's just one of those things that weigh on your head because you aren't sure if it might negatively affect how you are presented.

Those age brackets vary between country to country, but are generally solid. 28 year olds are some of the hardest nuts out there in almost any country. 18 and 35 is easier than 28.
