I live in a pretty white area, and I don't know many white people who have not been victimized at some point by black racists. I personally got jumped outside a nightclub back in 2008. Took me a year to mentally readjust... I was pretty hateful during that time period. So, I understand that this is kind of a circle.

Prior to the 1960's every single race riot was caused by white people. After the 60's the situation has flipped. My personal opinion on this is that if you are black you don't need to fear white people anymore... mostly just other black people. So, in that way it feels like we have made huge progress.

On the other hand, if you are white, you will at some point be the victim of black racism unless you live in Vermont or certain Wealthy Liberal Enclaves. If you are a victim, most liberal institutions will not assist you and will instead try to silence or shame you. The only people that might help are the police... and currently they are under attack for doing so. This is the reason why people call the cops on black guys for ridiculous reasons.

I would like to point out that like racist white folks in the past... the bad apples in the black community are probably about 1% of the black population... and they victimize other black people MORE frequently than other ethnicities.

Plenty of reasons for blacks to fear whites ,just as much as theres reasons to fear other blacks. Just this week alone have plenty events happen that says otherwise.
