I used a purple martian example in another post. If someone calls you a purple martian, why get mad, you aren't a purple martian, but if you are the truth hurts. But you gotta own what you are. I think it was the millenial thread, because a lot of millenials seemed to be getting out of shape about some of the comments. But if you aren't the loser millenial type, why be upset?

How does this guy do it ?

When I used to be a PT years ago, I would trains fat chicks and fat dudes from my work and give them discounted rates cuase I work with them.

the fat chicks complained so much . the most I managed to get a hippo to lose was 50-60lbs. the other just complained and bitches and moaned when they saw hot chicks...for some dumb reason they thought being fat is genetics.

It was very frustrating to work with...I had to spend time getting them to focus and not be sad when they felt fatigue rather than making them spend on those extra minutes on the thread mill or squeeze 3-4 more squats out of them

The fat guys on the other hand took my tips, left and actually ended up losing weight, some did not, but more of them did, and never bitched or moaned.
