A hot girl will look hot doing virtually any sport. The more interesting question is what sport optimizes a girl's looks. The optimal female body is skinny arms with a big ass and long legs. Muscular quads can be a plus, but significant muscle virtually anywhere outside the thighs and ass detracts from a girl's appearance. Especially neck, shoulder, back, and arm musculature. If you want to be technical about it, calculate her Ass To Arm ratio, the higher the better.

Volleyball is good, but it really doesn't work out the ass enough - standing in that half squat mostly works the quads, not the ass. If they're low bar squatting in addition, all is well. Team VB players may barbell squat, recreational ones, probably not.

Yoga: I used to think this was great, now I see its flaws. The problem with yoga is that it has no external resistance to BUILD a good big ass. Skinny girls will still have a skinny, though shapely, ass after doing lots of yoga. The yoga girls who have big asses either built that from previous athletic training, or they were fat before so they naturally had more weight resistance. Virtually every yoga class has a skinny girl who is killer at yoga, but still has a tiny ass. One cannot build a PAWG from yoga alone.

Some candidates:

Skinny arms, big thighs and ass. Or so it seems. Little personal experience with this though.

Sprinters and luge are other good candidates. I dated a girl who did cross country skiing, great ass with a tiny upper body - the upper body work in the sport is minimal, although endurance sports are usually unfavorable to large musculature, asses included.

There's some decent women's soccer talent. The only downside is that they tend to burn away their boobs and butt since their sport is so cardio intensive.

Instead, look for women in activities that aren't driven by team-based competition, but by vanity, cooperation and the idea of living a healthy life. Stuff they can do together and where other people can see them.

Surfing is perfect because these women are aware of their looks. Being outside in a bikini is a better motivation for female growth than holding a ball while trying to avoid that bull dyke trying to tackle you. Same with dancing and gym classes: they are social and make them feel feminine while eyeing up the competition.

All sports are physically competitive by definition. Competition is contrary to cultivating femininity - and a man can be authentically masculine without being competitive.

The fundamental determinant of a sport's capacity to make a woman mannish is not its physical demands, but its social nature. Team based sports have their players acting like warlike clansmen; athletes in more solitary sports are more introspective, muted, independent, as they must labor in pain and defeat quietly - which makes them mentally tougher as well. The latter suite of characteristics are not quintessentially feminine, but they are attractive in a woman, so long as she is otherwise feminine. The traits of team players, however, are not attractive in a woman - I personally don't care for men that are excessively 'clannish' either. Solitary sports are still ultimately competitive, but their training is largely absent of the corrosive competition factor, so competition doesn't shape their psyche nearly as much as in team sports.

A masculine body has a higher shoulder to waist ratio, lower body fat and higher absolute muscle mass. A feminine body has less upper body musculature, moderately higher body fat and a higher hip to waist ratio. Thinness and fatness make men and women alike look androgynous, as their physiques are no longer distinctly masculine or feminine.

The notion that an activity gives one either a male body and mind or female body and mind is just an elegant falsehood. An activity can give one a male body and female mind, or vice versa, or both a male mind and male body. There's no inherent, ever present relationship there. You can have competitive knitting and feminine weightlifting. The physical activity does not necessarily dictate the mental condition.

FloJo was a bit before my time. Aside from her antics and over the top style her body was fit.

She was on the wall of every barbershop I went to as a kid. OG brothers always talked about her when I was a kid during Olympics time.

I am to young for the 80s but I recognize how it was then. You can parade a fit light skin black girl with hair down to her ass and not expect a legion of men in America to not start drooling over her. It may have just been largely within Black American circles but the majority of dudes in that time thought she was hot. She was largely promoted as a sex symbol, and was one of the few African-American women who was crossover and projected in that realm.
