What's a flawless way to have a pussy pad like in the movie "The Loft"? Is it too much of a risk to have others involved (I guess the answer here is an obvious yes), but what is the best way? Is it better to just have it overseas? Is it just better to just make a system where your wife is not tied in to your financial statements in any way whatsoever?

I wouldn't involve others unless you're financially secure enough to cover them flaking. If you're serious and don't want your wife to know then you're probably going to have to talk to a lawyer. It seems the smartest thing may be to start an llc and lease/buy the property through that instead of as an individual.

I knew a guy who paid for his side pieces apartment and his wife never found out since his name wasn't associated with the apartment. In the end IMO it was a lot to pay for the occasional piece of ass.

If I had the option between the US or having one in another country then I would pick the other country. You have the luxury of telling your wife that it's a retirement/vacation spot that you hope to one day take her to and it will probably be cheaper. The main caveat is that you can't own some types of property as a foreigner in some countries.

I've considered this, but truth be told even a 3-4 star hotel once a week or even 6-8 times a month is cheaper in my neck of the woods. There is also the excitement of doing something illicit, particularly if what you're hitting is married as well - a nice suite is chicknip.

No place for her to corner you or show up unannounced when you're balls deep in a new hottie, clean sheets, room service. Can't beat it. For there to be ROI i'd have to be boinking illicit partners 10-12x a month.

Of course this isn't a hooker spa or a Motel 8, I'm thinking Hyatt, Marriott and other 3-4 stars.

That said you might also consider checking out AirBNB, you might be able to meet some cool young cats that travel a lot and work it that way. Just some thoughts for you.

I have to agree with ThrustMaster.

What benefit is there to a permanent place over hotels? It's what hotels are for.

I am not in a position to afford this now, but I'm thinking for the near future.

I guess the hotel thing does make sense, but I guess I wouldn't want my name tied into a whole bunch of hotel bills.

Merenguero, I guess I meant that it'll look odd if my name is tied to a whole bunch of hotel rentals and my wife somehow had access to the paperwork or my bills or something.

1. start a business, a c-corporation, as none of that info passes to your personal taxes unless you pay dividends
2. get accounts and credit cards in that business name
3. rent a mailbox to have all of that mail come to
4. Eat healthy and exercise. You wife will get suspicious and you may have a side piece get jealous and will actively try to sabotage your marriage. The added stress of this shit will take a toll on you, so you might as well be in good shape to deal with it. The gym will also help you if you happen to run into the boyfriend or husband of one of the side girls. Trouble from this kind of shit can come from two directions - your wife, and the side pieces. People forget that.

Just be prepared for disastrous shit to happen, as you are playing with the kind of fire that results in mental breakdowns and domestic violence. I don't think its worth the stress, but thats me.

Where I live you can rent a 1 bedroom apartment in the best part of town for £1000 pcm all in. Compare that to a couple of nights per week in a decent hotel and it starts to look good value for money. To most reasonably successful guys, that amount of money isn't a huge amount really.


Back on topic; there will always be landlords who would like a good tenant who pays them in cash and who doesn't want to give agents a slice of their rental. I'm sure you could fine one OP if you look hard enough. That would be my preferred option here.

Advanced play: hide it in plain sight.

Buy a centrally located 1 bedroom apartment in the best part of town as a "rental investment." Throw it on short-term rental sites like VRBO or AirBnB. If your wife finds out about it - hell, you should even mention it to her so she can "be involved in finance decisions" - there's zero harm.

Then just rent it yourself through another name or block it off for maintenance on the nights you want to go hunting.

All of this, you might as well just get a pro. Some politicians (think Eliot Spitzer) get caught once in a while but not nearly as much as the dumb ones (think Anthony Weiner) who have regular side pieces that they actually develop a relationship with.
