Ive been going out to the clubs and bars and have girls run up and hug me, but then just walk off and never do anything, is this an attention whore type thing, and if it is what should I do to them instead of just always smiling and saying hey real loud, loud of course cause its a club!!!!! lol

Take control of the situation. If they are hugging you, you have license to grab their hand and keep them around.
