It works here in America. Roosh was on spot on it in Bang. It doesn't really matter WHAT you say when you approach. It matters that you actually said something and attracted her attention. Even if you have nothing to say next.

Myself I've proven the point by approaching like ten chicks in bars with the single word "Czechoslovakia". A questionable approach, agree? It worked surprisingly well.

I'm not arguing with you that "how are you?" works / can work for in-person approaches, or even for texting (although I wouldn't be a fan - but I do like non-sequiters for texting), but I think that it might be important to distinguish that the scenario in-question was via texting. I think that some guys might be getting in-person / text game advice conflated. My opinion is that communication strategies aren't exactly the same between the two scenarios, with girls that you hardly know. Others might disagree.

Don't text when you're high either! You're deeply philosophical texts come off as weird.

Roosh (or anyone)-

When you talked about not asking a girl out for a Saturday night date- Is it bad because she’ll probably be busy with friends during the weekend and on Friday (and she prefers her friends over you since she barely knows you)? Or is it bad because it lowers your value because girls assume a high value guy has stuff to do on a Saturday night (or Friday)? Or is it both? Should you tell a girl that you’re busy the whole weekend and suggest a weekday date? But aren’t most girls busy with work or school during weekdays?

Well I wanted to tell you to stop using "how are you" as your sms followup line. I dont know why else you would post this thread on this forum if you dont want any feedback. Don't see the point of you using the f*ck word also.

I learned that I have to push for the meeting as soon as possible. I'm checking my phone right now to see what was the 1st message I sent to the 3 girls I slept with in Budapest last week.

-"You have 2 choices -café or ice cream" (this one is situational because she told me she wanted a proper dinner and i told her the most i pay is café or icecream, and only one of them not both)

I know you asked about Ukraine, but I liked the culture and girls there so much that I feel some reticence revealing what I experienced there to a public forum. You just have to get there and will understand everything anyways.

1. You barely know her and you're asking for her prime spot. This is a DLV because it shows you don't have any plans of your own for the weekend and that you're potentially needy.
2. She probably already has plans and you're likely at the bottom of the list.

I always pretend I'm busy all but 1 or 2 days out of the week (even if I am actually booked up) so that they think they're being fit into MY busy schedule -- not vice versa. I never suggest a weekend date unless I've banged or been on a few dates. If they suggest a weekend night and you're available, jump on that.

Mixx your mixing apples&oranges. You told me about a nice lounge in Miami that had nice quality, thats cool. In Kiev all the clubs have topmodels. I don't even have to recommend you something. And thats not the point. The point is, how can I put together a datasheet on a whole different culture or to describe the "vibe/feminity" I get from the women? I am sure oldnemesis understands.

Anyways I have to say most recommendations I got online (or even from naughtynomad's blog) didnt help me much. Our perceptions are so relative that you really do got to see things and places for yourself.
This probably will be my last post.

I believe, that if you are a non-needy guy..or being very non needy with a girl..then no matter you ask for dates on saturdays, sundays, mondays or any day...no matter what you say..no matter what you do...

your every action and word will work..because you are non-needy...its a simple fact.

RE: How to lose a 9 in one text message
L'Etranger has shown a pattern of withholding information with the defense that he doesn't want others to leech, all while he leeches himself. Here's a good example:

/thread-4184-p...l#pid53844

This guy has been to many of the countries that are actively talked about but has been oddly quiet about sharing even the most meager of information. But he lurks and lurks, and probably PMs people to leach of them as well. In the Poland thread, a country where he's been, he simply pastes a nonsensical blurb of what a Polish guy sent him without adding solid recommendations of his own..

/thread-4184-p...l#pid51316

He's been in Budapest for 10 days. Not a peep about the place. Yet he's not shy to ask others for data...

/thread-315-po...l#pid55062

He only shares info about a place when he DOESN'T like it, such as Krakow and this city in Czech..

/thread-4392-p...l#pid55055

It appears that he even leeched info from the most trusted member of the board (Mixx). It is not a good idea to offend a pillar of the community who has given us reams and reams of information on so many cities and countries.

Not to mention L'entranger is flat out full of it. He kept texting me 3x (or more) EVERY SINGLE DAY asking me where to go when he was in Miami...and now he says I only gave him intel on 1 spot? Dodgy

L'etranger, you even got your Japanese flag because I told you the spot to hit on Sunday afternoon at Nikki Beach, otherwise you would have been chasing and sniffing your French ass all day long - aside from being liar, you're a fucking joke to me now!

I hate leeches almost as much as I hate cock-blockers. I'm very surprised Roosh does not ban you, since you obviously admit that you refuse to add value to the forum.

Really? I feel stupid drinking my water, so I eventually switch to beer, just so I don´t feel dorky when I´m at a club...

Ya, I don't buy into that... who are they surveying? I think you've got to be smart to not overdo it and lose focus, but a couple drinks (pending on your tolerance) really shouldn't make a difference one way or another.

Well, there is no actual survey per se, I should have written "my experience". You see, throughout the years of sarging women, I've had SEVERAL women tell me that they are open more to a guy approaching them in a club with a bottle of water, vs a bottle of beer/grey goose in his hand.

One incredibly hot blond told me after I approached her that she specifically found me interesting as I am the only guy she's seen in the club (and approached her) with a bottle of water in hand. She hates how guys breath smells like alcohol and usually are tipsy because they are trying to hide their fear of approaching her.

No woman appreciates seeing a guy not in control and cool...ever.

Now, here is a 100% REAL scenario I ran into once:

Target: "what is that in your hand? Is that water? You don't drink?"

Mixx:"Well, on my long flight from Europe a few months ago, I read a medical journal that says alcohol decreases male sexual performance (pause and smile for a few seconds).....and I'd hate to be a disappointment later on"

Notice how I DHV's and escalated the frame to a sexual nature.

A lot of guys drink because they want to "fit in", or not seem like "the only dork" - Fact is, if you were truly alpha, you do what YOU want, not follow what others do. That, forum players, is a major turn-on to women.

If drinking is indeed what you want, then do so..but don't ever give in to what others perceive you should be. You'll be following/copying a herd of idiots......that's beta.

Result: Bang!

Mixx

[/quote]

Insightful.

I´ve discussed or read elsewhere over here about the "drinking game" issue, and since cut down A LOT. But I still felt awkwards...

I shall stick to my bottle of water and try to see what changes...

cheers!

You see, all I know is ball, and good, and...

I could see the water move working.

And this:

"Target: "what is that in your hand? Is that water? You don't drink?"

Mixx:"Well, on my long flight from Europe a few months ago, I read a medical journal that says alcohol decreases male sexual performance (pause and smile for a few seconds).....and I'd hate to be a disappointment later on""

Is pretty smooth. Strong multi-dimensional Game.

I drink Goose and Sodas and girls often think I am drinking water, and approach me. Which is kind of best of both worlds - I get approached and I am boozing.

I think with the bottle of water thing, some girls might think you are on drugs though. I guess it depends on the venue.

@ Mixx, nice report on drinking water in the club. I see what you're saying now. I don't think every girl is going to react the same, especially at the dive bars I frequent, but in a trendy area like Miami, your boldness is probably refreshing to them.

That being said, anytime I drink it is because I want to. Sure sometimes it goes overboard, but I like to party and get crazy from time to time, what can I say. Plus it's lead to some good stories.

Good point, I probably should have read the whole thread as I didn't see that.
"Czechoslovakia" however should have worked in texting as well.

That thing about alcohol is awesome. I drink very rarely, if at all, and while a simple "I don't like alcohol" or whatever answer is fine, an answer that escalates is much better. Thanks!

p.s. I am intrigued by this thing about rep, how do y.... oh wait, got it Smile

Guys, just to bring some "closure" to this thread,Today the Blond Girl texted me out of nowhere saying that She will not be able to go out this week because she is out of town visiting her mother and she will not be back till sunday..that we should schedule some other time etc.

Obviously its a lame excuse and I will not put any more effort on this Girl.Like you guys said, there are plenty of'em out there.

Great Lessons here From Roosh,Gmac,Mixx, G manifesto , CJ,Hydro and all of you...My game is stronger now.
And I'll use that water bottle move for sure..I agree that girls will dig...

RE: How to lose a 9 in one text message
Hey guys, I have a text game question. Okay Sunday I got this girl's number and figured I'd wait till Tuesday and text her. If all went ideally, I'd set something up for Thursday since I'm not setting up a Fri and Sat with a new girl. I went ahead and texted her a modified(I'll explain later) version of Roosh's "how are you" text opener. She didn't text back. I figured whatever just a flakey ass chic and quickly forgot about it. So she texts me back tonight about an hour ago.

"Hey Speakeasy! Good u? Sorry for the delayed response - have had alot on my plate-Enjoyed meeting u! Smile"

Okay, sounds like a decent interest level from the reply. I'm not going to text her back tonight since she took over 24hrs to text me, that might seem needy. So I'll hit her up tomorrow(thursday). I may try and push to meet up with her that night, but I fiigure with such short notice and her mentioning being busy lately, in all likelihood that won't happen. So unless I'm going to shoot for a weekend night, I'd have to wait till next week, which might give her interest level time to flame out.

So there's a bit of dilemma. Suggestions?

As for the modified Roosh text, I think Roosh's template is fine, but I have to agree with some of the others that there is something about it which seems too generic. Maybe needs a bit more of an anchor. So rather than "Hey Mary, this is Speakeasy. How are you?" I'll drop something in there that is an anchor in between the first sentence and the question. Such as for example, "Hey Mary, this is speakeasy. Still can't believe you spilled that drink on me! How are you?" or "Hey Mary, this is speakeasy. Just tried that restaurant you recommended, loved it...how are you?" The 2nd sentence should be short, but should never be a question since you don't want to ask two questions in the same text. Just something light-hearted or funny and situational that will anchor a memory that resonates with her and makes the text seem less generic. If you can't think of anything(and you should be able to if you talked for 20 mins or more), then I guess the basic "how are you" is fine.

You're over-thinking it. If you wait too long you'll have to wait until next week to set something up now because you most likely won't get a date on the day of and she'll have weekend plans already. Besides, you aren't likely to get a fri/sat first date with a girl you barely know.

Hit her up today after noon, see if she can do Thursday. If she responds and can't, schedule something for early next week so too much time doesn't pass.

I never recommend suggesting to meet the day of unless they bring it up first -- and even then, I pretend as if it's a bit of a hassle but agree to something.
