Sorry this was a phone rant that makes no sense. I was just noting some of the general issues involving sex with girls across Asia, not just SEA as much of my experience is indeed with Chinese.

Taking the antibiotic as a prophylactic was a good thing. However, when you get home you should wait 2-3 weeks and then get tested again. During that time you should either abstain or make sure that everything (even blow jobs) are done with a condom. Although you started treating yourself, the infection, would not have immediately gone away and may not have been cleared by the first round of antibiotics. That means that you could have given it to some chick in China and been reinfected.

I'm not sure where you live, but most if you go to most health departments and give them the contact info for the 4 girls they will contact them without disclosing who you are.
