I would say the black girls on average are way more high quality than the white girls in DC on average.

Here is the thing with DC:

There are extremely high quality girls there.

They are hard to find especially if you are making "cold" moves. DC is atrocious for "cold" moves.

And the average girl you see out at night or on the street is terrible.

To the DC heads:

Why don't you just post up in the Georgetown undergrad cafeteria?

I did when I spent sometime there.

Not a bad move at all.

The cafeteria (Lee O'Donovan dining hall) isn't the most accessible spot for non-GU students. The better choice would be Epicurean Restaurant. They serve alcohol. Good call though G.

Half of the guys on this thread sound like they've never been to DC. I've been going out in DC for 12 years now (since I turned 19) and have a black friend who makes more approaches per night than I've seen anyone do, he dresses reasonably well, is tall, and makes 6 figure salary, drives a bmw and all the other supposedly important things to attract female attention yet other than overweight white or fob european chicks he get's little if any attention in DC bars. The problem with DC is that for every 10 sharp brotha's at a happening lounge/club in DC there are maybe 2 good looking chicks, and half the time they think they are "all that" and have major bitch shields.

I'll take Baltimore or Philly anytime over DC for QUALITY (not number) of girls.
