Not really. If you don't want German shepherds to swamp the Dalmatian gene pool, it doesn't mean you think they are inferior. We preserve unique genetic inheritances to maintain diversity and because they have a value in themselves.

No. This is a matter of phenotypical dominance. Mediterraneans are more dominant than Northern and Eastern Europeans.

People are not dogs.

And people don't have breeds. Races are the result of history and not the conclusion of intentional breeding to obtain specific looking dogs that can be sold for hundreds of dollars because they are pure breeds.

As a man who grew up with a family dog that was a mix of a variety of breeds, I can assure you that neither I nor my siblings suffered because we didn't have the love of a pure breed dog.

The best possible outcome is a world where people are free to pursue happiness, not a world where so called "human breeds" are arbitrarily maintained so that weak men don't have to face competition from other men for a specific subset of women that they consider their collective property.

Humans do have "breeds". Not the result of intentional breeding, but the result of evolution. If you blended them all up by an artificial program, eventually new races would form again when the authoritarian planning was relaxed. That's evolution. If Ukrainians want to stay genetically Ukrainian, it's neither good nor evil. Darwin will sort it out.
