I recently got out from a bad 3 years relationship, hot but crazy and disrespectful girl, who contributed to my damaged self esteem/confidence.

I have only 3 notches at 25(I'm ashame for this number). I have to start approaching ASAP, I will go with night-clubbing since it's easier because of alcohol. When I'll have more confidence and starting to get back on the horse, I'll try day game.

So my plan is like this:

1. Learn some old school Mystery routines since I'm not able to handle a good conversation with a girl at the level of game I have now. I'm also shy and introverted without alcohol, so this makes things harder.

2. I go out 2 times per week. I want to approach minimum 25 girls per week to reach 100 approaches per month. I hope I can get a lay from 300 approaches.

3. Even if Tinder is not really used in my city and I often get "no one new around you" I already got 6 matches after about 50-70 swipes. All are average 5-6.5...some look 7 but I know how the pics make them.

Besides this I will hit the gym 3 times per week and eat a lot. I'm a bit afraid since I already have a belly and don't eat much....I'm skinny fat so I hope I won't get only fat and no muscles.

I will keep this updated and maybe I'll ask you a few questions.

For example, I haven't message any of the 6 Tinder matches yet. I looked at the Tinder thread. So should I use this simple script:

me: hey [her name]
her: hey
me: how are you?
her: good bla bla
me: let's move to text/whatsapp, don't like messaging here
her:ok, #


on phone:
me: let's grab a drink/hang out/meet sometimes?

Is it good or should I be more gamely? Like to differentiate myself from others?

It's great to hear you got out of what sounds like a no-win relationship. Congrats

Once you notice any relationship gf, best friend or family is dragging you down it's imperative to distant yourself if it can't be repaired

Far as your game goals and some of the #'s your mentioned, depending on your look and vibe I think you can even expect to exceed those standards that you set for yourself

It really comes down to internalizing the stuff you learn through sites like this, reading materials and in person experience. That will take you further than any routine or script that you memorize

Bewater I'm glad we PM'ed eachother, I'm actually writing another response right now.

I also suggested another new member do a log like you are, explain their situation and how they're changing.

I'd also suggest posting your history and the explanations you gave me for being here and working out.

The first step is admitting what needs to change, you're on the right track.

Most realistic assessment from a newbie I have seen. This will be your price of admission if you pay the first price the dividends just grow and grow.

The first step is realizing how much work it will take to see your first set of results and not getting discouraged.

If I ever feel like I am in a slump I asked myself:

Have I approached 40 girls since my last bang? If the answer is no I have plenty of work to do.

Now if I approached 100 girls since my last bang it is time for some heavy self reflection.

I'm so fucking pissed of myself. I went out, there was 4 IOIs, really obvious, multiple eye contacts from 7+ girls and I didn't do anything. I wanted 10 approaches this night and I made 0. I had so fucking high AA I couldn't believe, even when I was drunk. My friends keep talking about that 7.5-8 I picked up, but they don't want to understand that if I haven't fucked her, means nothing.

I will 100% transparent on this forum, I have nothing to lose or gain here....I just want to hit 10 notch count with 7+ girls this year. That's all. I know that I need to work for this, but I hope that's the last thing when my emotional side will stop me approaching so hard.

Plan on approaching roughly 150 x 10 (7+ girls) ... 150 approaches per bang at your skill level is what it will take.

Can you commit to approaching 4 or 5.. 7+ girls a day? That it is what it will take to do this within a year. Good news is if you do this you will be a damn fine player for the rest of your life and the work will be less on approaches and more on lifestyle.

In my thread I wanted to reach 1500 (not even 7+ just boner test) and I got to about 400 with a lot of thought and effort put into it within 1 year....

There is a reason barely ANY newbies finish their 100 threads. I think I have seen maybe 2 do it.

Track your approaches to stay accountable. My thread did that for me.

If you stick to this get ready for a wild ride...

Pro-Tip:
If you have AA and fuck up one approach... next approach no matter what go completely Indirect... ask for directions or where something is close by even as simple as a street...etc...

It is better to waste this one Indirect approach that most likely won't convert from going too soft and building the immediate confidence to continue a session rather than spiral out of control with AA and have it build on itself.

You may take 2 or 3 Indirect approaches to get the steam back, with experience I usually only need 1 or 2 and it is rare I even do that before slipping into a more Direct style.

That's about were I am, I just yesterday decided to stop relying on online tools and go out about twice a week to approach.

OP: How big of a city do you live in, and do you plan on doing day or night game?

I'm trying to figure out where to go for the best bang for my buck, as my time is pretty limited. Health food shops/cafes and bookstores are where I'm thinking, since in my city of about 250k, there are just not girls walking around the streets in large numbers.

Coffee shops are where I go to do homework, and like the gym, I'm too mission oriented while there to game, but I'm working on this. Maybe music venues on weeknights would be a good venue as well for rolling solo. Weekends are for friends and plates.

I need only 7 bangs to hit 10 notches total this year. I put my goals realistically. However I know that the first bang after ex will bring so much confidence that will drive a few after easily(at least that's what I hope).

Even if I fucked up approaches, I'm proud that I didn't really cared about other people, especially the taller and fit guys. At that time when I'm in club I can't do anything to change those guys physic. I can only hook them up emotionally.

One of the reasons to do a large amount of approaches, is so that it starts to become natural/second-nature to speak to women you don't know.

Lots of new guys think that simply learning formulas will get results. It can do, but it won't stand the test of time.

After a large amount of approaches, or as you start to rack up approaches, you will become more 'socially lubricated', you will instinctively know what to say/do in more situations, and you will start to use formulas less.

May I recommend for you to read: Sensei's approach thread. He talks about becoming 'socially lubricated'(Not the best phrase but I like it, and have experienced the phenomenon) and how he tries to keep a social vibe going.

Got 2 numbers from last night. 1 from Tinder with an extremely hot girl who searched for me and added me on Facebook.

The problem is....after so much time, I'm kinda afraid to go on a date. I'm afraid I won't know how/what to talk to her and I'll make fun of myself. The Tinder girl I really wanna fuck, she's tall as me, slim, cute face, like a 7.5. I really hope she will accept meeting me. Until than, I should make some dating experience with some other uglier girls who I don't care....but even so, I'm fucking afraid I'll be shy and emotional. Fuck 3 wasted years of relationship.

You are already putting too much effort in her. She's just a random one in a row of women you will interact with. Treat all of them the same way.

Made some approached last night(about 10) but I was fucking drunk that I can't even remember some of the approaches. A friend told me I start talking about my ex and got depressive.

I need to stop drinking so much when going clubbing, otherwise I'll do nothing.

Personally I don't get shitfaced when I'm trying to actively game girls.

Always be in control, hell pretend to even sip on a drink (water, lemons) in between drinks, that way you aren't acting like a slob and your emotions are in check.

Drunk words are sober thoughts my friends.

You have to keep in control, maintain frame, alcohol destroys that.

Only have a few drinks and chill out. I understand why you might be drinking alot and how your ex bubbled up into the surface. Instead of going out clubbing alot, start spending more time in the gym, or get a hobby.

You have to take care of yourself first and work on your inner game before you can game girls alot. Women can smell insecurities a mile away, in this case yours is not moving on from your ex.

I really hope you're applying the do no contact rule against your ex.

I was with my family for a week and didn't get out much since I started this thread. I had severe AA a few times in club since I wasn't drunk. Finally I approached about 10 chicks yesterday even if i wasn't drunk. Got only a #. I see that if I'm not in a social state and not drunk i don't what to say to the girl, like my mind is blank. If I already talked with a few girls that night or if I had some success(like kclose) or drunk, I can talk a lot.

In total since my breakup, I approached 20 chicks, but no success so far. But I feel there is a progress.

I'm so fucking pissed of myself. I go out with approaching in mind, but the AA was unbelievable, even if I was in club and a bit drunk. I tried going back, changing myself into better clothing to get more confident, but nothing.

Some days it's so much easier to approach, other days I just can't, I look for different reasons to not approach and I say next girl and so on. Than after some time my fucked up old self is kicking in saying how good looking was my ex-gf, that I can't get other girls like her , I see some 7+ girls with good looking guys and I say myself I was lucky and I'm doomed with fatties....so much shit, than I go home. That happened mostly before breakup, only twice happened after breakup which is ok I guess, one is yesterday. Most of my behaviour and jealousy when I was out with the ex, was caused by this fucked up shit.

I realized that I need a constant reminder that I'm able to find and fuck a hot girl. If some hot girl is interested in me and there is a slight chance to fuck her, than I'm a totally different person, I don't care about others, I get more confident, so much less AA and so on.

You need to go out in the trenches and spill some blood. You'll come out better you have decades ahead of you. The harder you work now the faster the dividends willmpay for the rest of your life. Game gets rusty but never goes away like playing an instrument it is a life skill you keep.

If you puss out in the day time just ask the girl for directions, keep starting interactions with them.

Make it your missions to troll them for their time. Make it a game! It is a game!

I've done some approaches, I started getting conversation flowing...I no longer ran out of things to say. I got lots of IOI in a club were happened(i think this happens once a year) to be more girls than guys(and hot too). That was the first time I was one of the best looking guys there. I felt really good, I sense a bit how a good looking guy feels. I also got approached by a drunk girl saying that I'm cute and started to make out with her(I wanted to fuck her later but I couldn't find her). I also cheated a bit, I wore 1.5 inch lift+1 inch dress shoes, that made me close to 6' which makes a good difference for attraction(I wore them multiple times and no one can see that, even my ex, only one player I know who is 6'3 and buys dress shoes with high heel to appear even taller said "you bought high heeled shoes to appear taller?").

I try not to be drunk and approach as sober as I can, but this still gives me AA. If I was drunk on that club I could have done much more than a make out and 2 facebook.

I can see how much competition in clubs matter. If you are one of the top guys there, you'll get IOI like hell, even from girls with boyfriends(that night I was on the opposite position, a girl was kissing with bf and looking at me, I think he looked after me about 10 times the whole night and kept eye contact - she was hot too. few months ago I was in the poor bastard shoes)

Lifts + a nice shirt(that made me look more built) + good haircut(fuck, i need to keep my hair) and some lucky circumstances can put you in a very good position to game. I think that's the first time I got IOIs from about 3 8s, in one night...and I mean long and multiple eye-contact.

Since my last 10 approaches I didn't get any rejection, I talked about 5 mins min with all of them. I think that's because at least 5 of them come from IOIs and the rest were on girls that are alone at the bar or max 2.

I'm on a good track. More approaches, better text game and I'll get a fuck before 1st May.

Got drunk again last night. When I'm drunk I either try to game every chick or I do nothing. Last night I did nothing, just drinking at the bar with some old guys. I hate this shit, there is line when I pass it, I can't control myself(aka stop drinking) or have clear thoughts. This is a big issue. For the next 3 times after this happen I won't get drunk, the 4th time I get drunk hard again. This cycle happened many times. I still didn't got on any date so far...which is not good. I still have about 3-4 hot matches on Tinder who seem interested and I need to get them on a date at least.

Take action. List each approach here after each day you approach. Go indirect.

You are in a bar ask a girl if there are any other good bars in walking distance.

You are on the street ask a girl if there are any good restaurants nearby because you're hungry and don't know the area well and so on.

Go indirect until you pile up approaches and get bored.

You aren't holding yourself accountable.
