(03-27-2015 12:09 AM)CleanSlate Wrote:  She did not seek an attorney, and she already signed the divorce papers. All there's left is the prove-up, which, according to my lawyer, is just a formality. Only I need to attend, and her attendance isn't required. Still, I will wait to hear from my lawyer about these requests (and I'm continuing radio silence as well). Rest assured I have my eyes on the ball here.

1. What? Your divorce process is suddenly fucked up and your ex is acting crazy?...no surprises here. I called this on page 1. /thread-44564-...#pid941984

2. I am somewhat freaked out that she signed the divorce papers quickly and without a lawyer. I'm no SP5 but I do recall from my divorce that there was some sort of thing where the signors had to specifically sign off that they were waiving consulting with their own attorney before signing and that they could claim they were signing under duress even if they did waive that. Lets put up a scenario here:

You show up to sign the papers before a judge or whatever, she shows up with a lawyer and says that she was too emotional/stressed/abused or whatever to be signing those papers so fast, and without an attorney. It was duress, she wants to renegotiate the whole thing.

We are seeing from your current situation that this bitch has no moral bounds.

3. Get your head in the game and realize what is going on on her end. She is past the guilt stage. You did well be putting the hammer down when she was caught and getting her to exit under a could of guilt. Now that you are out of the picture she is writing her own narrative and this is what she is telling her friends 'Clean Slate is such a jerk, he just threw away our marriage so fast, like our relationship meant nothing...now me and my son are out on the streets and I'm a sorrowful single mother who has to raise this kid all alone (she won't mention that its not even yours)' Her friends are now amping her up with "What a jerk, you should take him for everything he's got girl"

4. Read this well...just like having a rich husband or nice purse...a woman's divorce story is a STATUS symbol among her friends. If she rapes the ex husband, keeps the kids, all the assets and has him jailed for non-payment or trumped up child abuse she is the Queen of "don't fuck with this bitch" among her friends. If she gets outed as a cheating slut, who got booted out of the marriage, left with nothing while you slam younger hot girls she will be seen as a loser to her typical american friends...which is worse than dying to a woman.

5. I hate to break it to you, but this will not end with you getting your divorce papers signed. This will only end when she finds a new guy. My ex was insane with jealousy until she got remarried and popped out another kid...and that was 7 years post divorce. Until then...guess what I was to blame for everything bad that happened in her life.

Of course I'm not going to engage or respond. Y'all are making me paranoid though. I'm trying to not wrack myself with worry and just do everything through the lawyer.

Good plan, also find something to distract yourself for the next couple of days. A project or a pussy.

CleanSlate, we're not trying to make you paranoid. We've just gone through what you are going through so we've seen first hand how the system works. I remember being frustrated during the process at how unfair it was. My lawyer said look down. Is you have something dangling there, it's all your fault. That's how the system seems to work sometimes.

Howard, I asked earlier in this thread whether his STBX has a new boyfriend. I agree 100% that the entire process becomes easier when they have a new guy. It makes them want to move on quickly, and if the new guy is a beta bux they aren't as concerned about the finances. The amount of time and money saved just because your STBX has a new Mr. Wonderful almost makes me want to start a company providing this service.

That would be genius...some sort of divorce distraction gigolo haha. A divorced man's dream situation is an ex wife that finds a man with resources and/or bangs her somewhat well. She forgets you even existed...which is exactly what you want.

Congratulations, it must be so sweet to not be stuck in the situation that many are paying alimony or fighting for kids or taking on her debt.

I think the forum would like to know your answer to the following question now, and perhaps a year from now:

"Will you ever get married again and why?"

(Yes, I realize that you mentioned it in the OP, but humor me please)

^ it is really sweet to have gotten out without getting D- raped by the court.

It took a 1) well thought out prenup, 2) not knocking her up, 3) and a little luck. Damn near ruined my life.

I ran into a burning building and I back out alive with barely a few scrapes. Foolish but lucky.

Kids, do NOT try what I did at home! You might not be as lucky!

Right now I'm in the Philippines enjoying some nice sweet poon within hours of landing!

RE: Filed for divorce, starting over at age 35
For anyone contemplating divorce, I would highly recommend listing out the potential positives and negatives of both staying married and getting divorced. A year ago (right before my separation/ divorce) I made a spreadsheet and gave every positive and negative a number from 1-10. The numbers showed that divorce was clearly going to be a good decision, which it was.

Today I looked at the spreadsheet and some of my predictions are pretty funny. I only gave banging hot, new women a 3/10. Even the worst chick I've banged since I got divorced was an absolutely amazing thrill. Banging lots of hot, new women is so far my favorite part of freedom. And the best thing is I just keep getting better at it as I keep improving myself!

RE: Filed for divorce, starting over at age 35
Robert, we think the same way. I didn't do a spreadsheet, but I weighed the pros and cons of divorce vs staying.

But as of 3 months ago, when I was moving out, not once did I even DREAM of being in the Philippines banging tons of hot chicks and having my nuts drained on a daily basis. My god, this is the best thing that ever happened to me.

Since my divorce, I have fucked TEN new women, 8 of which just in the last two weeks in the Philippines. Just, wow. Can't describe it.

When I read my own OP in the beginning of this thread, it's a surreal feeling... that the pain and suffering I was going through transitioned into a feeling of freedom and assurance that I made the right choice for myself at a huge crossroads in life. Literally a red pill vs blue pill cross roads.

RE: Filed for divorce, starting over at age 35
Today marks exactly 6 months to the day after the judge finalized my divorce petition.

Coincidentally, after a period of prolonged no contact, my ex sends me a spurt of several emails. Man, she's all over the place. One email says that her son misses me and doesn't understand why I don't talk to him. Another email asks me to give her another chance. Yet another email says she learned her lesson and asks what could she do to prove to me that she's better now. Yada yada yada...

I'm guessing she doesn't quite understand what D-I-V-O-R-C-E really means. There is no do-over. There is no "oops, sorry, let's try again." That said, she's approaching her mid-30s, and the wall is approaching fast... and she knows it. Bitch made her own bed, and now she has to sleep in it.

You should tell her you are in asia permanently now to study the secrets of the shaolin temple and have taken on the vows of monkhood to pursue life long spiritual enlightenment.

Explain that donning the frock also means life long celibacy and the most strict ascetic living while forsaking all material comforts including working for food.

Send her screenshots from some shaw bros. film like 36 chambers of Shaolin and tell her that's what your daily training regime is like.

I must be honest.

You know what's hard about being single, in your 30s, having money in your pocket, and a little bit of red pill wisdom?

NOTHING!

Using her kid as an excuse to simultaneously guilt you and make contact.

Women really are horrible people.

Get your ass back to Phils!

We were meant for far more than to suffer in our self created prisons only to die alone. It doesn't have to be that way. It never did.

From a Red Pill and Game perspective this was to be expected. Also women have a 6th sense when it comes to other pussy. If you were sitting at home drinking and pining after her in a cloud of Blue Pill depression, then she might not be so interested.

She tries to manipulate you and her attempts are very easy to see through at least for guys around here. Also it's very likely that she found out that the millionaire Alpha who wants to commit to a divorced single mom past 30 is not so easy to come by. The brutal realization is that she would have to go much older, much fatter or much more Beta in terms of men. The hypergamous uptrade gamble of divorce almost never pays off for women.

Of course I don't know your situation, but it seems to me that if you had been Red Pill before you met her, then you probably would have never married her in the first place. So why should you give her "a chance" again?

Time to tell her your legal representative advises you such conflicting emails display some degree of abusive behaviour, that all contact should be through you lawyer from now on, and that any further harassment will mean an issuance of a restraining order.

Oh hang on, wrong gender for such over zealous behaviour.....
