A lot of the top ranked cities I agree with.

I have been to 8 of the top 10 and have lived in 2 of them.

Interesting that the fall of the Ruble put St.Petersberg into the top 10.

Gotta get myself there (once I brush up on the lingo).

Thanks for the post. I've been to most of the expensive cities already and don't plan on going back to most. I'll center my travels around Eastern Europe where it's cheap and fun!
