I’ve had some relatively odd and bold asks as of late, all of which have ended in no’s.

But what the experience is helping show is how the fear of the sting of no is often times worse than the no.

It’s also showing me that I definitely feel “bolder” outside of where I typically live.

If you just ask for things, you would be surprised about how much you can get.

You have to condition yourself to ask for stuff. I know a lot of men aren't the type to ask for things because they want to do things on their own.

It can be relatively simple like asking the lady in the drive through for extra sauce. Even if you don't sauce, just ask for it to get in the habit for not fearing rejection for simple asks. Ask the waitress in the restaurant if she can seat you at the window even if you don't care where you are sitting. Great way to build confidence from simple every day tasks.

I've done the bold ask a few times, never really worked for me. Depends what you're asking for, generally i like to be the one who women are asking things for. It's a lot more acceptable in society for a woman to ask a man for sex than the other way around.

@MT it’s no coincidence. I’ve had two failed LTR’s with women who weren’t raised in two parent households. Married/divorced the first, and missed the bullet on the second. This weekend I was at this investment related conference. Older black dude there who looked like a former football player had this stupid sexy piece of snow on his arm. The chick was dressed like she was going out clubbing. It was 2pm in the afternoon. He meanwhile was dressed so simply. Like a rapper from the early 2000s minus all the jewelry.
