That's how it always is, Americans are actually worse in foreign countries than they are at home. When I did port calls in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Guatemala the Americans guys tried so hard to cockblock me with the locals and to pimp their white skin it wasn't even funny.

There isn't really racism in Eastern Europe, they're more focused on hating gypsies. I lived in Hungary for a year and the only racist comments I got were from Hungarian guys when they seen me with a bad bitch that they would never have the balls to approach. EE is extremely brotha friendly.

Poland, Czech Rep as far asfar as Ukraine.
Only small group of guys even showed any animosity.
And it was only if it was their last option.
Other than that, people were much friendly to me than than places where I live.

There is racism everywhere, the USA has some of the worst racism there is. The media is to blame for most of it, interracial relationships aren't really shown on TV or in movies. They will of course show black women with white men or non black men but are hesitant to show the reverse.

Years ago I was in a Nordic country, right in the main square they kept showing this commercial on the big screen. It was Heidi Klum and her then husband Seal advertising some VW suv, Tiguan I believe. I was amazed, even for me it seemed shocking.

I still feel Europe is the best place for brotha, I haven't been to Asia or Latin America. Somehow I don't think my opinion will change.

Thing is race is a very American thing. Everyone outside of the States identifies by what country they come from more so than their skin color. That has its own set of biases but it's much more tame compared to America.

It's reputation is bad but so is Spain's where I currently live and I have never experienced an ounce of racism.

Also lived in Croatia and the same thing. In both case Ive found incredible social value in being African American.

Like I would have experienced more racist encounters spanning the same amount of years in the Bay Area of all places where I grew up, relative to anywhere I've lived in Europe.

I can tell you guys that the moment I stepped off the pla..ferry into Tallinn I had nothing, but a great time. I was alone and explored the city day and night with no problems at all. There was even a biker rally during that time and I didn't receive one funny look. A few guys came up to me and asked if I wanted to smoke with them and said that on weekends it gets crazy with fights, but that was all. Low and behold that friday was massive fights in the old city square. You'd think the brother walking alone gaming chicks would be a target right? I walked by these guys probably 3-4 times that night and didn't get one hint of danger.

I was told by one honey dip I met out there that places like Estonia are trying really hard to shed their "past." Everyone seemed pretty open minded, a few dudes ask to take some pictures with me, a few old men in suits on multiple occasions told me to enjoy the city and overall people were very very friendly(especially the women). If you guys are planning a visit through, i'd recommend "III Draakon." Great little restaurant in the old town city square where you can take a break from hunting flags. The women all have blue eyes too so if that's your type

Here in Cambodia I had a girl tell me that I couldn't be Black and American. Suprisingly most of the girls I talked to in Bangkok knew right away that I was African-American. I think the last Fast and Furious movie helped alot here in Cambodia though, portraying Blacks in a positive light.

Yeah. I had to go from aggressive and cocky, to funny and nonthreatening. You can be aggressive, and cocky at 180 to 200 pounds. But when you start to get into the 220 range you have to build up the comfort. The best analogy I heard was from Patrice O'Neal (R.I.P). If you want to get the bunny rabbits, and you look like a grizzly bear, you cannot act like a grizzly bear. The bunnies will be afraid that the grizzly bear will eat them. You have disarm them with charm. And I think it makes you more intriguing to women when you look like a goon, have the confidence of a goon, but you're not afraid to smile and tease them. You're coaxing them into your trap.

Or is there something that I'm missing.

Great stuff. I'd love to hear you go back to some of those places from the '80s.

Also, it's interesting that you've got a few years on the average player, did that change your hand game up

Yeah. Game in the 80's and early 90's was easy. Girls were a lot nicer, and they were either very receptive or politely shut you down. And some even admired, and rewarded persistence (they weren't quick to label you as THIRSTY). Now women are bitchier, and have a harder edge. Plus so many chicks now are social Reh-Tards. So you have to adapt to the times, and environment around you. I really started going after Latinas because they were sexy as fuck, and I found them to be easier to read IMHO. I stopped dealing with the "strong educated black woman" types altogether. Talk about a sense of entitlement. As Moma would say, I ain't really into the white lizards, but I'll take a layup. At this stage of my life running Game is like living in a rough part of town. You have to be situationally aware of who's checking you out, and what's going on around you. Get in that approach, and grind. One of the things that I did take from the forum is escalation. I had a friend that was a mentor who did this way back in the day. I should've stuck with that shit, because it works like magic.

What do you guys think about dating the strong black educated woman? They usually happen to be around 30, established, good credit, fucking horrible attitude, no kids and strong Christian values.

Is it even worth dating these women? If there's a code, I would be happy to learn it. Funny thing is, they always complain about not having enough black men, but they sure will diss one with the quickness. Guys got any tips?

Haha. In china i have experienced this. I think from now on when people ask me what I am I will just leave it at American. It's not that I'm ashamed to say Black American (on the contrary), but it just seems like no one actually gives a fuck. American is enough. It's funny how stepping off the plane into another country can sort of shake your perception of yourself (In a good way).

1) This is primarily a board and a post for game, not serious dating. The two are related, but you won't find much guidance from anyone here on building a household and what that requires. Most posts on ltrs read like fantasy football or the guy has one foot out the door.

2) It's very easy to vilify black women, and there are plenty of posts on that topic, plenty of guys that love to kick black women.

Rather than tread down that road, ask yourself how can I make the best of that situation. What do black women bring to the table that others do not?

Take a more mature and nuanced view of the whole situation. A lot of the criticism is superficial. But some of the problems a black man runs into when dealing with black women have deeper implications.

After the cooking and cleaning is done, after the sucking and fucking is finished, something like Charleston will happen.

Do you want to be able to talk about that with your woman?

That's something that every black man has to answer for himself.

Thanks. Moma was a great host.

There are a lot of opportunities in oil and gas, as you can imagine. It's one of the top petroleum exporters in the world and boats a roster that includes Shell, Haliburton, Agip Oil, Conoil, Chevron, etc. Tons of expats and rich locals tend to work in one of these places. It's kind of standard. If you roll in the higher social circles, you'll hear names drop A LOT...the same ones. I had family members who were a part of the Shell and Haliburton team, as engineers or consultants. Typically, many locals leave their post after a few years as a springboard for new business ventures, but I'll get to that in a sec.

To get into oil and gas here, there are 2 ways, grades and connections. If you are coming from a poorer background and do well -- first class honors, I think they call it. Obviously, the rich kids get cut a lot of slack and are extremely well-connected. Money and status talks here. My uncle once brought a kid around who graduated with honors. He was a poor guy, but he had a guaranteed a spot at Shell once he finished school.

Banking and finance are also decent. Tons of banks and financial firms throughout Lagos and PH. Don't know too much about that, but the financiers I had a chance to meet appeared pretty well off.

I remember that Moma emphasized in his datasheet that connections are very important here, especially if you wanna start a business. For example, transportation is pretty hot right now. A family friend who we see often started his own bus line that ran to multiple cities. He was a dick, but I'm fairly certain he did very well for himself. And I doubt setting something up like that is that difficult. Pretty sure he bought a few buses and some space to market them. I am not sure about the nitty gritty details about licensing and permits, but they are probably immaterial if not nonexistent. This is a place where you can pretty much do whatever you want if you have the resources.

Also know a guy who developed a water bottling plant and has his own small oil rig. Same guy also controls a chain of restaurants as well. People also seem to be into eateries, but it seems like you'd need some serious capital for that, at least for competing with the bigger names -- Genesis, Tantalizers, Mr. Bigs.

Hmm...what else? Online seems weak here. This is not really the place for an internet business, but I am still looking into that. It'd be great if I could find and exploit a niche. If I do, I'll gladly post it.
