WIA, I like lizards with short hair. I prefer it to perm or weave and dem foolishness there. If her head shape is nice, nice lickle coco head with nice eyes like does (female deers), I can work it. I was trying to check a lizard who kept her hair very low but her headshape was too strong for me. I used to sketch a lot (draw pictures from magazines, comics and so forth) so I tend to observe details a lot and I can't get past certain. Her head reminded me of some guy in my school who could run really fast and was reckless with the headers in footie (soccer).

After mulling over that head, I decided to pull out, I don't like lizards who remind me strongly of breddas (dudes).

I find no matter how liberal a American girl is, there is too much "history" and bad propaganda against blacks for her to look past.

Dating European girls tends to be easier, they will generally see you as a black guy from the UK or Africa or America. I am not saying they are perfect, but depending what country they are from they will be more traditional and as was stated earlier, bring you breakfast in bed.

German girls I find tend to have a sturdy build that would attract a lot of black men. Germans seem a little bland like their food, sense of humour seems lost on them, then again I am a Brit and we have the best humour.

My sample pool may not be big enough, but I would think Johanna would beat out Jennifer most times.

I do love the american white girl accent, maybe it is just me.

Prefer long/big natural hair. Open to long permed hair, though I would have second thoughts about a LTR as so many women have their hair damaged from perms. (There's a reason so many old black women wear wigs). Short is a no.

I don't find the stereotype of the humorless German girl/guy to be true at all. I've hung out with lots of German girls, *disclaimer* primarily outside of Germany, and they understand and "get" American humor as well as anglo countries. I've met some German girls that are hilarious and sharp witted and can play off my own humor well.

Also their conversational skills tend to be much better than the average American girl of the same age group. Hardly any extreme celebrity worship( Kim k, real housewives,etc) or instagram/snapchat attention whoring among them. They seem much more logical and don't run away from slightly more intellectual conversation, of course they tend to be left leaning but no where near as intolerable as a Scandinavian feminist for example.

German girls are less obese than Americans but facial beauty is all over the place and there are so many plain janes who don't spend any time on style.The cold stereotype I have found to be generally true and they can be hard to read and cold when if comes to male/female relations, especially if you are used to latinas like I am where there is zero ambiguity. Many German chicks give off an asexual vibe and I think they are used to having many male platonic friends so I recommend making your intentions known VERY quickly with them.

I was tagging this one stunning tall fitness model type blonde German, this girl loved sex and was down for whatever in the bedroom. But outside of the bedroom she was friendly but as professional as a coworker...zero flirtatious vibe...very strange and she was far away from any kind of social circle so she wasn't worried about that, it was just how she was.

As far as them loving black guys.....I think its overstated. Some do some don't. Not that different than American girls. The main difference is the societal stigma in German is less than in the States and a slight exotic factor boost. 5th generation German american Karen in Nebraska is attracted to black guys too but she doesn't meet many on her educational/economic level and she is fearful of social stigma. I wouldn't say shes the best looking either but she has high social value around Germany. Thats what I'm talking about when I mean level.

Germany in my opinion is more of a what you see is what you get compared to the U.S. I say this in terms of the fact that many brothers do well over there for the simple fact that Germans have more of a logical perspective to thinking about things. Example: I walked up to Matrix bar when I first arrived in Berlin. I was rocking the WIA fall's style thread gear and the bouncer had just rejected an dingy dressed african guy and his two turkish friends from coming in. I look over at him(bouncer), say how much is the cover and he lets me in no problems. There they assume (rightfully so) that if you have an american accent, dress well, then you obviously have some things going on in your life. In the states, you can be a well dressed guy in a suit, they will think you're still up to no good in many cases. That's the biggest difference from a non game perspective: Americans think more with emotions vs Germans, who think more with observation/deductive reasoning.

Onto game:

I did not find German women cold at all. I've been told i'm extremely funny so maybe that helps. In my opinion skin color is all but stripped away in most parts of Germany. I know you have the closet racist who post online about "this nigger that nigger" stuff. But you have to realize these guys aren't the alphas of society going out getting women, these are the guys who failed in life to achieve their desires so they blame those around them who can. My best pull in Berlin, was this doctor (7)whose apartment was the size of a fucking house. We fucked into the wee hours of the morning and she was ecstatic for me to meet her friends. When a girl there likes you, she is the equivalent to a "down ass bitch" stateside. She cleaned my apartment and picked my keys up at 6am to give to my airbnb guest without complaint. She wasn't my baddest pull while out in Germany, but above average cute and that behavior is something I can get down with and something that's common amongst German women in my opinion.

Lastly: German women do come in all shapes, sizes and mixes. I've went out with 6ft blond haired blue eyed Germans, short thick germans, small nose big nose etc. I can appreciate the perceived coldness of Germans in the sense that if you are a guy who doesn't like all that love and attention, a German women won't press you for it. They are reliable beyond belief and have enough balls to reject what their peers think to go after what they want. Now I experienced all this during the cold winter months, so when I plan on returning during the warm summers, i'm expecting even greater results.

I will say Germany, like so many other places, is a reflection of what you make it. If you see a hot blonde at the local Kaiser's and didn't approach that's on you. If you're at the starbucks off Friedrichstraße and the ambiguous looking 8 doesn't pay you attention so you leave without approaching, again that's on you. I went there knowing I had to make the most of it and I didn't rely on solely being a Black American to get the job done. I will say I can almost guarantee if a girl rejected you over there it has less to do with you as a black person, but more of you as an individual.

Been back at the gym for 4-5 a week for the past month. Now that I'm acclimated, I'm wondering what's the best 5-6 day split?

5'10"/~175/25% body fat

I'm looking to get to ~160/12-15% body fat
And knock out 20+ pull ups.

So get lean first, and then add 20 lbs of muscle by eating clean. Basically a recomp, swapping out the fat for muscle.

I've got 1 hour to get to the gym, workout, shower up and back to work. That leaves about 25-30 minutes actually in the gym lifting.

I've been doing chest, then legs, then back, then cardio then repeat. But I know if I got efficient with the workout, I'd see better results.

If you're hard pressed for time, and/or looking for exercises to build a workaround around, I'd suggest focusing on compound exercises.

Deadlift (the king of exercises IMO, but good form is CRITICAL)
Pull Ups
Squats
Bench Press
Shoulder Press
Push Ups
Lat Pull Downs
Lat Rows

If you're looking for specific workout plans, Stronglift 5x5 is a good starting point. (Though I would add an exercise or two each day--three exercises, even with heavy weights, seems a tad light to me).

My routine for the week is upper body day (chest and arms), then leg day, then core, upper body, and leg. Happy with my results, though I'll prob start including cardio day again soon. This winter I'll completely switch things up and do a totally different routine.

I'm 6 feet, 166lb, 9% body fat. I'm at 18 pull ups without a weighted chain, 13 with it.

I'd second a good 5*5 program. I'd add a few assistance exercises when the weights are light. But taper off on them when they are heavier. You need the recovery. I'm also a big fan of 5 3 1. Hitting the major lifts heavy will give you an extremely balanced unique look. The look of not just strength, but power. Don't neglect your diet.

The UK Census in 2021 will be interesting. I've been in London for the last three weekends and I saw far more black woman white guy couples than the reverse.I saw more young (<35 years old) IR couples than black girl black guy. I was staying in an upper-class area of London, so I guess it would be more likely to see BW WM than BM WW due to the financial dominance of the WM. After all, he is the social escalator- the fastest way to achieve social mobility.

I know I shouldn't care in this PC society but it does strike me as a bit old. I found myself thinking, I wonder if this black girl likes black guys....I'm complaining but I realise now that if I want a black family,I have to look overseas. It's a strange situation, if I date interracially, I'll likely be dating down. If I date a black girl of equal social status/educational level she'll be batting for white dudes. Really it comes down to opportunities and skillset.

Everybody knows you have to have game...that's a given. But even
more important than having game is having real opportunity.

I'd even go so far as to say that you can't pull 9's and 10's consistently
anywhere without help...either through connections or through work
or some kind of activity that gets you in front of 9's and 10's consistently.

It's like being Kobe Bryant...even with incredible skills
you can't win championship games alone. You have to have
a team that creates real opportunities for you to succeed
and work your skillset.

For example, if a guy had 5 good attractive girl friends inviting
him to 3-4 private parties each month(including birthday parties)

Have you thought about finding one from Africa? Loads of beautiful women in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana,.Ethiopia, etc. Or maybe the U.S? Black women here rarely date white guys and if you go to places like D.C or Atlanta you can find some good ones.

@Archie - I wouldn't recommend you work out 6 days a week, you need time for your body to rest and you might burnout/over train.

Since you are short on time, I think one day should be focused on Chest, Legs and Back. Then on the Thursday (4th) day you can do shoulders/ triceps (pushing movements) and on the Friday (5th) day do biceps/abs.

I think the workouts all depends on what are your strong areas and what is your body type.

Your goal is to lose body weight and body fat, do you do cardio on the weekends? If not maybe the 5th day you might do a all cardio session.

I got into a swimming pool last week for the first time in years, it kicked my ass to say the least. I know Moma was doing this for awhile and I might give it a few more attempts. Swimming as you know is good on the joints and is a full body workout.

Speaking of joints, I am totally against the 5x5 workout.
DeadLift and Squats maybe a great exercise, but if you want to screw up your back/knees I would stay clear of them or don't do more than your body weight.
At my gym you will not see any guys over age 45 doing those exercises, due to problems with their knees.
The body wasn't designed for those exercises.

It is a sign of the times when you see more IR couples than Black couples.
I think where I live it is the same thing as well, last Sunday I was out at the local Ribfest and was amazed to see 3 IR couples BM/CW (C as in Chinese).

Having spent time in the UK, I know first hand the climate their is rife for IR couples. Black men there date any race under the sun, not sure where that leaves black women.
