Reacting to disinterest
I've been noticing lately, that when a woman shows a lack of interest towards me, or brushes me off, I end up ignoring her permanently and placing her on a shitlist.

I feel like this might be hurting my game somewhat as I end up alienating myself.

Anyone else do this?

Most players do. It's the 'screening' mentality.
There is no point bothering with a girl who doesn't even give you precursory acceptance, when there are other girls who will.

RE: Reacting to disinterest
I wouldn't even make a list that long - what's the point? As Roosh and others pointed out, an average of 60% of the women on the street would have no interest regardless of who you were, how you looked or what kind of bankroll was hanging out of your pocket. Be it PMS, an existing relationship where they're satisfied, distractions from work and of course personal preference, there's already a gazillion of them who show less than zero interest before you've even started. Ditto for women you've approached and got nowhere - so much of it is just a numbers game.

Anyone else do this?

In real life? Or Online?
Day game?
Night game?
Is the venue crowded?
Is it the last venue of the session?
What's your overall open rate?

Too many undefined variables to suggest a course of action.

Off top, I'm guessing your opener sucks.

Real life night game in general. I can always start a conversation it's usually a couple of minutes into it.

Well if you're question is,

"How should I feel when I open a chick and she rejects my advances"

The answer is that you should feel relieved.
Relieved that you didn't waste your time further and you effectively screened a lame bitch out.

But if your question is by putting chicks you screened out on your shit list, or ignoring them - whether that affects your game with other girls...

There's no clear cut answer.

Lots of guys that slay a lot of pussy really hate chicks. It's because they hate them so much that they can slay them.

There are other guys that love chicks, so actively hating some women takes away from their mojo with other women.

The other thing that can also affect your results is that - your animosity to the a chick from 5 minutes ago, affects your unconscious body language and approach on a chick you're talking to now. I.E. if you've ever worked customer service, you can interact with a customer that's angry about something else, but taking it out on you. You're not likely to give them the best service when they're not emotionally in sync with you.

I don't know if cats really want to deal with their own emotional states when it comes to running bitches, especially when everybody wants to be James Bond or Good Time Gary - unreachable emotionless robots.
