The Heartmath Inner Balance is the best Inner Game tool I've found it helps you control your fight or flight response, with training you feel calmer and more in the moment things that used to bother you don't anymore I've noticed a huge difference in set. You use an ear sensor which attaches to your iphone and it reads your HRV (heart rate variability) then through breathing exercises you learn how to put yourself into a coherent state.

I used an earlier version of this with a fingertip sensor for leadership training at work almost 10 years ago. Works exactly as you say for inner game. Used it situationally before major events and it certainly helped. I tried to use it on a regular basis but got distracted by life. Thanks for reminding me of it, Ryan James.

Yeah for once it's a product that actually works you have to use it though to really understand the impact it can have on your life. Noobs who are nervous as fuck will notice a huge difference after about 4-6 weeks in terms of how they feel talking to hot girls it train's you to control you're stress and emotions. Interm/Advanced guy will also benefit from it they'll be more present.

I downloaded the app and it says a heart monitor is required. I have the iphone 6 and they will happily sell me their monitor for $99. Can I use any iphone compatible heart monitor or is there a special one to use?

Only the Heartmath sensor will work with the app...
