9. Salvador, Brazil. Also for WC -- if only f*cking Wondolowski wouldnt' have jacked that goal... No, but seriously I loved Salvador -- being the only white person in the club was an experience on Brazil's game day like none other. Hot black chicks everywhere. I didn't think it felt dangerous.
10. Oaxaca, Mexico. Wrecked my motorbike there, but made out with a hot mexican and got my dick sucked on the roof of the hostel by a japanese girl in full view of an american high school group. Not sure why I don't tell this story more often...

My Top 6 I'm confident are obvious can't-miss destinations...

1. Moscow:

You have the Tactical Big 3: Online, Daygame and Nightgame as viable methods.

Exotic factor is surprisingly high considering such a large, well known city.

2. Bucharest:

I love the looks of the girls here.

Daygame is great and facilitated by high English levels.

3. New York City

For the sheer quantity and diversity of girls.

You can do some damage with a bankroll and logistics.

4. Santo Domingo, DR

Online is so easy, its a joke

5. Santiago, DR

Quality is higher than Santo Domingo.

Pipelining makes it possible to hit the ground running with cute girls upon on the first day of arrival.

6. Colombia

The Big 3: Bogota, Cali and Medellin.

7. Chicago

My sleeper pick. The talent is not as high as NYC, but girls make up for it with their personalities and receptiveness to being approached.

8. Rio

I had some of the best experiences of my life here. This city encapsulates sexuality.

9. Kiev

Not the easiest place, but the highest quality of talent I have seen. Extended stays can yield some sick conquests.

10. Miami

For someone who values white girls and latinas, it is a solid spot. A multitude of first generation Colombians, Brazilians, Cubans, and more recently a destination for Russians. Not to mention all the other girls who come here to party and hang out on the beach. Miami doesn't receive enough props.

Locals-
1. Tallinn, Estonia- nice, hot, approachable and easy
2. Kiev, Ukraine- need a little time to plant some seeds
3. Belgrade, Serbia- club game can be hard, but the girls aren't, and they are hot as hell

For locals England and Germany might be a bit easier, but I'll take the challenge for the increased quality of the above

Hmm.. I'll do 3 US 3 everywhere else since I haven't traveled as much as some of the other posters here (background black guy from NYC, living in Vegas, 24 years old)

1. Las Vegas. Hands down. I might be biased, but it's not really too hard to find a girl in a club, dance with her, and get back to her room. This can be done in less than 2 hours. Locals are also not difficult either, since they're not very cultured, if you're in your early 20's and have your own car and your own place, you won't have a problem getting laid

2. Portland, OR. I did pretty well for myself spending 3 months there. The university chicks are rather easy (same with anywhere else, right?) but there's plenty of hipsters that wanna shag with no strings attached.

3. NYC. I don't live there anymore and haven't lived there since 18, but, if done correctly, NYC might be a great place to get chicks... *note, if you're black, might be a little difficult* the tourists areas have to be hit up hard, and you gotta have good logistics (which also means a deep pocket) to be really successful here. New Yorkers like myself that are born and raised in NYC are a lot harder to game, it would probably be best to get those chicks in a social circle, since daygame would be virtually impossible on a NYC female nowadays..

Foreign

1. Melbourne, Australia. There's some good talent in this city from what I saw. Exotic factor. Casual sex is also a norm here, which is great. Good logistics would work in your favor here.

2. Vienna, Austria. Exotic factor, women 30 and younger speak English. That's really about it.

3. London. ONS, various ethnicities and cultures all in one city, it's great. Need a lot of money to be comfortable here, I'd say, more than what NYC would require.
