There are other ways to fuck your way through SEA - the Swooptheworld guys are doing it not by paying - sometimes it's semi-pros or even attractive pros that you Game in order to have sex without paying. In other cases it's using good online Game, where you can find more attractive girls.

There are places on earth, where you can rack up high numbers fast and those experiences can be helpful even for younger men - countries in SEA, DR, some African countries etc.

If you stroll only around the P4P areas and are surrounded by hookers non-stop - then this experience will be limiting and useless.

And correct - certain places are not worthy to stay for longer for young highly attractive men. But OP did not have a point after having been there for 3 days. Did he run online Game and tried to bang the most attractive ones? Did he try to go to more upscale areas and tried cold-approaching? My guess is that he did nothing of that.

I don't contest that staying there for years as a young men can be limiting if you have other options. But there is nothing wrong with the place in itself - and certainly 3 days does not cut it.

It's very easy to get girls in the 6 range here. Any decent-looking young guy should be able to rack up a lot of notches.

Getting the high-quality girls in thailand though...is no easy task. I find it harder than back home. And I think that's what bugs me about the SEA-hype.

Honestly, I think it's sketchy as fuck. Only one asked me for money---completely took me by surprise. I acted out the naive nice guy who didn't know routine, which was true.

What brought you to Thailand in the first place then other than cheap cost of living? I don't think I'd want to spend my 20s there. I'd rather be banging Japanese, Koreans, and Chinese.

Aside from the warm weather, beautiful scenery, great food, absurd cheapness..I couldn't really say.

I was living in Korea before I came here. Aside from hot/easy women, the country has nothing to offer. It's a tiny frozen peninsula inhabited by xenophobes who eat rotten vegetables. I'd never go back.

Let's take a look at the facts.

Money: One of the world's strongest economies in Singapore, rapid economic growth from Indonesia, Phils, and Laos, massive networks of foreign entrepreneurs and investors, all sandwiched between China and India.

Fitness: Excellent martial arts community, good gyms in the major cities, world class diving and surfing, hiking, rafting, and sunny weather.

Style: Great tailors for cheap, almost any brand imaginable represented in the malls of major cities.

Travel: Cheap flights to dozens of other countries in the region.

Language: Large Mandarin speaking populations in both Singapore and Malaysia.

Women: This is obviously a point of contention, as evidenced by this thread. Not the best overall quality, but I think it's been shown that the hot girls (and challenge) are pretty easily found if you know where to look.

Whether you want to make money, get in shape, upgrade your wardrobe, or travel, the tools are all there. If you choose not to use them, that can hardly be blamed on the region.

The bias against SEA on this forum is quite honestly insane.

Yeah, there are big p4p and BP scenes all over SEA as it's part of the fabric, but there are also loads of 20-40s guys doing all sort of shit. SEA is a dynamic place with some of the fastest growing economies in the world.

For example, in my neighborhood I never see sexpats or backpackers. In my building complex there are 100s of guys from Europe to the Middle East, aged 20-50, working and hustling in Manila. Some are cool, well dressed dudes that I see with very hot local girls. I even have foreign women that are not BP or English teachers in my building. These people go to clubs and you’ll see them out. I’m sure BKK is the same, or even more international (maybe not corporate international).

If you want more of a challenge and also meet some guys your age that aren't BPs, try a bigger city like BKK, Saigon, Manila, etc.

If you're bored, maybe seek out business opportunities and get a hustle going. Believe me, when you have employees to deal with, clients to satisfy, and a handful of hot girls to keep spinning you won't be bored or feel out of place. You’ll be wishing there were more hours in the day.

There are tons of ways to live in SEA. I know guys who run surf resorts on tropical islands and others that do the corporate BPO thing. Keep an open mind and see what else is out there.

I was reading LeightonBlackstock’s Taipei thread earlier and he wrote that him and his 9/10 friend had the hardest time in Korea. His conclusion was that it’s an extremely hard place to pull as the culture is xenophobic and the local girls prefer local men.

The more experience I have with this forum the more I realize two things:

I really doubt most guys are touching anywhere close to top tier in any asian country to begin with. A few really good looking and socially connected foreign guys here and there might be doing it but the upper tier is not easy at all anywhere in SEA or NEA. If you look at averages SEA may have less beautiful women than let's say Japan but at the high end the women can be very much on par with each other across all major SEA/NEA countries.

Look at Thailand..a good % of it's population is thai-chinese anyways. The hottest girls there are incredibly hot with NEA beauty attributes to boot. In SEA countries the super smokeshows are with local guys anyways.

I have to agree with you somewhat. The girls are not hard I think. They even seem to take interest in black men based upon the level of IOI and interaction I saw when I was there for 2 days. It's like they all want their own Usher and everyone knows they love American RnB. Girls were touching their mouths with their fingers and staring at me with hungry eyes. Huge smiles. You name it. You do not get that in China. Everyone usually stares straight ahead and never break stride unless you are in the countryside. I don't speak a lick of Korean, and I have no interest in their women, so I did not bother trying to pull any. So I do not have a lay count to back anything, but I have not heard anything about them being hard to lay from other guys I know.

What's tough about Korea is the men. Fucking hater ass, rude ass, punks. A few shoulder jousted with me, when there was plenty of room to walk, they were rude at restaurants, rudeness at the airport and on the plane. Guys under the age of 25 seemed to be a little bit better, but anyone older was kind of a dick. This one guy on the plane tried to push my elbow off the arm rest. I gave him that look, like you can have it if your arm is stronger than mine bitch and I froze it in place. He looked at me like I was crazy. Never had that problem anywhere else. I have said it before in another thread but my worst confrontation in China was actually with Koreans there on vacation.

Then there is all the multitude of stories of them being racist and xenophobic treating people like shit, physically threatening foreign men with bats, gangs, roughing up women who sleep with foreigners make them the biggest cockblockers in Asia hands down. They probably make the attitude problems of Singapore women seem like an easy lay up shit test.

I think a lot of the debate between EE and SEA guys is going to keep going forever because its a compromise and a choice people make...you can't have everything in one place.


EE
-shitty economy (recession in Ukraine and Russia)
-political instability and low level war
-cold weather

....but you get to date an 8/10 (but with one of the highest divorce rates in the world)

SEA
-rapid population and economic growth in the Philippines and region
-relatively peaceful and stable
-tropical paradise

....but you have to settle for 6 or 6.5/10 for a girl (but with one of the lowest divorce rates in the world)


Where would you rather visit? Where would you prefer to settle long term?

If I'm going on a 3 to 12 month trip, sure I'll spend my time in Kiev or Odessa. I thoroughly enjoy my time with hot EE girls for short relationships.

But you'll notice the amount of long termers(years) in SEA >>>> EE

A hot girl is only a small fraction of your daily experience. Eventually, most people are going to want kids and a good environment to live in.

Of course, it'd be perfect if we could have EE girls living in a tropical land with good societal values, and a growing economy....but thats called paradise and it doesn't exist anywhere on earth.


PS I'm not a old guy, but I'm smart enough to start planning ahead. A lot of guys who think "I'll settle down in SEA when I'm 50" are going to be sorely disappointed. A lot of young guys are heading there now, learning the cultural nuances, and setting up careers/social circles/etc right now. In the next 20 years SEA is going to experience the same economic boom that China has had. If you had gone to China in 1995 you could have gotten the hottest girl in the club and set up a good business and career. Time moves forward, never backward.

The thing is, it's not actually a debate.

It's more like "SEA guys" having to defend themselves when members who prefer other regions personally attack them on a constant basis.

Just on this same page you have a guy saying that anyone who likes SEA must be from a shithole city in the West and have never been laid. Yet no one says anything about the guys in war torn Ukraine trying to pick up girls just blocks away from a riot.

While we're on the subject of women, another point I'd like to make is the propensity to learn a language to have a chance at the top tier women. It's considered a given that you must speak fluent Spanish or Russian to pull top quality in those respective areas, and guys spend years learning to do just that.

Yet how many guys take the time to learn even basic Thai, Bahasa, or Tagalog, the latter two both being much easier than Russian?

Even in the Phils, people take for granted the fact that most people can speak at least some English. But that is not the language the vast majority are most comfortable speaking nor use amongst friends and family. That is not the language Pinoy TV shows are in, and they even dub movies in Tagalog.

This is obviously less pronounced in Manila, which is a larger city with more foreigners and an overall more affluent population, but even then Filipinos will "code switch" or use Taglish when talking to each other.

Its the reason why I started to learn Tagalog and Bisaya.
Plus I plan on staying here in the Philippines long term.
It's best to assimilate into the culture, than expect the culture to assimilate to you. The later, breeds frustration, and discontent for your host.
