I have read about Floripa and Punta del este, those seem expensive and posh. Rio seems good, i'm actually thinking about going there long term, but seems like going this days acomodation will be hard to find and expensive, so maybe i will wait a couple of months.

Anyway i will be working hard the first months so if i go i would be paying expensive accomodation without taking a lot of advantage of it. So for now i'm looking for a cheap place to go in summer, to get serious in work but also go out for some asses in vacation mode.

I have read that Mendoza is pretty good, anyone have been in Villa Gesell, Mar de Plata, etc? those seem to be big party towns, but also seems that people tend to go there in big groups and wouldn't be a great idea to go solo.

Anyone have been in Villa Carlos Paz during summer?
