Minneapolis is near the top of the list of places I want to visit, mostly because I have heard so many conflicting things about the place that I am really curious to see how it really is. I'm skeptical of how many Nordic people remain in Minneapolis. The American population is so transient now that almost nobody lives in the city they were born, yet alone the city where their parents and grandparents were born. Plus the hottest girls in middle America tend to leave for the bigger coastal cities.

That said, Hencredible lives up there now and I talk to him regularly and he loves it there.

MPLS is very provincial that way. People are born there and many stay for life - have the same friends as adults as they did growing up.
Recently, for new college grads from the midwest, it's become an alternative to Chicago, which is more expensive. As the economy has gotten harder, not as many people go to the coasts (e.g. LA or NY, or even Chicago).

There is still a huge nordic heritage. If they were still around I'd tell you to look at a phone book at the library and you will see like 10 pages of Anderson, 10 pages of Peterson, 10 pages of Swanson, 10 pages of Thompson, and so on

Based off what I've seen, more so fake tits because it's rare here in NY to see a skinny chick with big tits...

Swanson doesnt exist..maybe americanized Svensson?

There are different lastnames in the three scandinavian countries, "qvist" , "holm" "lund" "strom" endings are much more common in sweden...Those ending "dahl", "kaer" "gaard" in denmark and "vik" "land" "stad" "gard" in Norway.

Historically there's been a significant streak of social-justice warrior crap in Minnesota and its attendant neuroses like vegetarian cafes and dumpy women. A lot of TC people see their city(ies) as a sort of Stockholm of the West.

Then the state is crazy about hockey, a sport of institutionalized brutality rivaling that of (American) football, and has Nordic-influenced hotties coming out the wazoo.

This is the state that elected quasi-socialist Paul Wellstone to the Senate the same time they elected Jesse Ventura as governor.

Other than the hard-leftists, it's like any other Midwestern state, nice girls with a work ethic but in much better shape than Wisconsin's ubiquitous fatties.

Hahaaha nope, although the one I met had insanely fake tits I never been a fan of that look. (Unless it's colombian plastic chicks) I stick to the super skinny model-like chicks

You want busty blondes, I recommend staying away from Northern California with possible exceptions to some East Bay Area suburbs and the Folsom/Roseville area up in Sacramento. Northern California is getting yellowified and brownified by the influx of Spanish speakers and people from East Asia.
