How do you cook Broth?
Hey,

Winter is coming...Banana I come here for a lot of life advice, so I figured I may as well come here for this : Can someone lay out how they cook broth? What is the difference between chicken broth and chicken soup?

My understanding is that chicken broth is like chicken soup except chicken soup you boil for 1 hour, while chicken broth is for 6-8 hours. question

I just collect the drippings from my cooking and filter out the bigger particles. Keep the drippings in separate containers and use it to "spike" recipes that call for large amounts of broth.

Making broth is the sustainable way of using every last bite. I'm just lazy and buy the broth Tongue
