We are rapidly approaching peak rape, whereby a rape allegation means nothing and any man who doesn’t bow down before the establishment will soon get a false rape accusation under his belt. Here’s a video I put out the other day stressing how we must remain extremely skeptical of any rape accusation:

Don't wanna be raped? Don't put yourself in the position to be raped. It's easy and its your responsibility. You can't expect the world to protect you.

Unfortunately, slander and libel are not wholly criminal acts, but you can sue over it. People being slung false-rape accusations should be suing under defamation laws.

A lot of people don't have the money to pay lawyers for several months/years worth a work to win a case of being slandered by a false-rape accusation. Most men carry the burden of being a rapist for decades or even a lifetime after being falsely accused of rape. We need to have more strict rape accusation jail sentences, not a slap on the wrist.

Something along the 12 year jail sentence for false rape accusation just like they have in Italy would be more appropriate.

There should be a False Rape Accuser registry just like a sex offender registry. If a person (publicly and/or legally) accuses another of rape and it is proven innocent then the accuser should be be on a list so people know that he/she is slanderous and a social/professional liability.

Also there should be crowd funding campaigns to help people falsely accused of rape to hire legal counsel and pursue proper compensation for having their lives ruined.

Looks like RoK is back up but there is no flood of comments in any of the recent articles. Anyone else experience an outage his morning? I wasn't able to access the site from about 9:00am - 11:30am EST
