I don't know, even despite the dilution of Bond's womanizing I still enjoyed the last movie because of the cinematography.

A 50 year old female to be the sex symbol of the movie though? Even most mainstream Hollywood movies demote actresses to supporting roles once the crow's feet appear. I would absolutely bang, but she could not star in my fantasies. And there is something that is a little sad when an older woman tries to ooze sexuality in a role like that and it is just not working...

I'd say Monica B would fit more in a villain female role in James Bond, like how Sophie Marceau was in James Bond, the two look a lot like each other, but Sophie is a bit shorter.
Although the film in which Sophie filmed is about 15 years old!

I saw that French movie a long time ago. It was really well done. The actor who plays the rapist who beats her was an ex professional kick boxer, so he knew how to stop his punches and kicks to make it look really realistic.

Monica used to be one hot bitch and I like her too. I just have a problem with the message though. Starring any 50 years old to be a bond girl sends the wrong message, even if it was Claudia Cardinale. The last Bond movies ended with the annoying female boss being replaced, but now that I see this, I know this is gonna be another lame movie.

Well if they have to put a 50-year old women in front of us to placate the PC & Feminist crowd I guess it might as well be Monica Bellucci. At least she's still looking pretty good and is an old schooler in terms of how she views men and masculinity.

Daniel Craig is a poor excuse for James Bond. Casino Royale and Goldeneye have been the only worthwhile movies of Brosnan and Craig.

I read some article somewhere calling Sean Connery's Bond "misogynistic," and bashing on James Bond films for not being feminist enough.

WB and I think that she is aging very well, but there are limits even to that.

Since she doesn't appear to be the main character of this movie, I wouldn't get too much excited about this watering down the Bond series.

And I like Daniel Craig as an actor, despite being disgusted by his white knight antics.
