Some online dating sites are easier than others when it comes to filtering out SIFs.

If under the weight category they allow women to list their weight as 'average' 'a few extra pounds,' etc, then women will tend to exaggerate their true shape.

If however they list height and weight then it's probably going to be a bit more accurate.

I don't know about you though, but if someone over the internet tells me they are 5'4 and 123 pounds, I don't know if that means they're fat or not.

A good tip that I've heard is to look for a visible collarbone - if you should see it but don't, it likely means SIF.

My tips for filtering out SIF's

1) Echoing HSLD, check for the collarbone in closely cropped pictures. The more defined it is, the skinnier she is.



2) Whenever there is any doubt, there is no doubt.





She made this profile for attention-whoring purposes, so she's going to use her best pictures. If her best pictures are closely-cropped myspace angles, you know the answer.

Having encountered many SIF's on Tinder, I've noticed that they all have a tendency to take pictures from angles that creates the illusion of them looking smaller than they actually are.

No visible collar bone? She's a SIF.
No pictures of her entire body? High chance she's a SIF.
Chubby face? SIF.

There are lot more signs. Maybe I should start a thread called "Signs She's a SIF." Anyways, most of the time you won't have to worry though. Fat acceptance is so prevalent now that most SIFs will explicitly state in their bio that they're fat.

Man, also on POF one would see a lot of them but some camouflage themselves with the 'undisclosed' choice.
Hell, sometimes I see some with the 'athletic' choice and are still 200 pounds!

SIFs are ahead of the curve, one time I facetimed with this SIF and she kept her phone at the angle the entire time, I tried to trick her and she was having none of it.

Always assume SIF

Girls who are in shape know their value in the marketplace so they on avg have more pics, doing more fun things, from more angles

SIF's have a couple dimly lit pics, wearing black clothes, and stand in crowds

The way women attention whore online, if she had a banging body do you really think she would be hiding it?
