Ok I feel like this topic has been mentioned (maybe in "picking up 18-20 yr olds?) but no specific thread.

So today I have lunch at a fast casual Asian place - the girl (white fwiw) working the register and bringing the food out - well I just can't get her out of my head!! Probably 23 - 24. Pretty cute. SMOKIN' body. Like perfect in my opinion (unless she had fakes under there - but whatever - hopefully I can find out LOL). Seemed very cool. Anyway I come in - I'm 40, married - no ring, good looking, fit, dressed in my usual business casual - we make some small talk as I order, laugh a little - then I sit down. She brings my food over a few minutes later - she makes a comment about "a bunch of old guys just came in" which for some reason seemed like a sign of interest the way she said it, I get her name - she comes over again for a quick how's everything - uses my name....

I want to get this chick naked. Maybe it's because recently I've been really connecting with very cute and sexy waitresses - yes yes we all know some play it up for the tip - but I know. In fact another one I recently met at a nice place - I've gone back a couple times - sat in her section - and she hangs out at our table a lot - said she'd love to get drinks after her shift - we've texted (I use a text free app) a couple times...I'm thinking the move is go back for a late lunch - and move to drinks when she gets cut - problem is she's been working doubles...feel like I'm stuck there

Anyway any thoughts appreciated-

This is really slow burn type of game but it can be done. I would become a regular at that place and just start up small talk. Come at the same time and same day once in a while till she gets use to you. Make small talk every time you come(start off basic like "how are you" etc then increase length of conversation every time). So this until she feels comfortable then try to shift the conversation to a more personal tone and ask her out for drinks.

You can just get her number as you pay and invite her somewhere else, can't you?

When you pay don't wait for her to take it, bring the check to her and just chat her up and get her number

Disagree with this because she usually has to keep working or her co workersand manager will yell at her. These girls are use to getting hit on and so the butch shields are through the roof. The only way is slow burn.

Good point but how do you keep the small talk going with someone you know so little about or have little in common with?

Comment on what they are wearing or something like that. Small talk is just basic day game rambling. Use the forum search feature to give yourself more details and read some of Gio's approach posts.

Light ramble subjects: music, food, travel

Get her talking about herself, that will be your most valuable intel

Ask her about what else she has going on
- Has she been to college
-Areas of interests
-dreams/aspirations

Once you know what makes her tick - you can get those initial walls down and the trust up

*Try this one time - after some light banter, go for the pull. Act spontaneous but decisive.

'Say xxxx - tonight's the night let's go grab that drink, when you get off'
Either a) She will say 'ok cool I'm down' or b) aw I can't tonight, I'm in the middle of a quad-triple double shift how about Tuesday?'

Point being - there will come a time where you will need to nudge the interaction along to satisfy your objective

As been said it's more for the long play; she has already agreed to drinks so it's really up to you to show your face just enough, each time ramping up the anticipation and excitement until you get her of her work clothes and into a pair of heels.
