@Cheetah - no good can result from your disclosure to the girl. I suggest saying nothing because it might cause turmoil for her (especially if she's still dependent on her mom) and:
it will change your relationship;
she'll perceive your character differently;
this is a private matter;
she'll think about this every time she sees you (think dry vagina); and most importantly
You and everyone here on RVF has the sort of sharp insight to regard this as a trivial matter. One day you'll just chuckle when you remember her
