But I agree, I'm useless the rest of the day. It's a tough decision sometimes.

I'd say your best bet is really early morning sex followed by more sleep. Wake her up at 6am and bang her out, then fall back asleep for a couple more hours.

Agree. I had a chick once who always got horny first thing in the morning, usually the time when I was the least horniest.

I like it except for the morning breath. And going to brush your teeth first kills the idea behind morning sex, plus mint+empty stomach gives you a weird breath. The only solution I've found is to have some fruits ready by the bed from last night. Fruit always clears your breath and gives your kiss a flavor. Tangerine, banana, strawberry and apple I recommend.

I'd always unload on my last GF in morning,, got to point she hated it. Just using her hole to get off. If I can get just a little food in me while I'm still sprung I can bring it like a seasoned porn star.. but due to low glycogen and dehydration waking up, it usually lasts about 5-15 min.

If i lifted hard the day/night before too, and likely had sex then passed out in evening, without enough rest T levels are still low so occasionally it's not even an option, especially waking up to an alarm hours earlier than my body tells me to.

I love it because I wake up with wood. Its really only good on mornings when you can go back to sleep. Have sex, pass out, have sex, pass out, etc, etc.

For me sex works for me like how Matthew McConaughey describes jerking off in Wolf of Wall Street, its a naturally calming agent. When I head to work afterward it puts a smile on my face and level sets my head. Thats why I think the no fap thing is good only for guys with little or no tangible stress(e.g low stakes job, American). If I didn't fap I would find chemical relief somewheres else.

The only thing I don't like is needing to shower before work, and watching her put a shower cap on.

Morning wood (nocturnal penile tumescence) is not specific to waking up or related to having sex, as it occurs numerous times a night. The suggested reasons are 1) keeping your erectile tissue healthy and 2) prevent pissing yourself. Ever woken up with a raging boner needing to pee really bad?

If you stop experiencing regular morning wood, sound the alarm!

On topic:

Love starting the day with sex, because then the rest of your day you're walking around without the urgency (alpha male stride).

I enjoy it.

Sex doesn't make me feel tired. The first few minutes after a good session....yes, I will still be feeling the orgasm and I will lie in bed collecting myself yes. But a few minutes later...I'm ready to conquer the fucking world.

Maybe it's the fact that I'm 22....still have high testosterone...but whenever I have sex I feel my energy go UP. Whenever I jerk off, especially if I watch porn, my energy goes DOWN.
