Sounds like she's used to guys chasing her... (well obviously if she is a 9 I would hope so haha) You have to flip that around. I would probably knock her ego down a bit with some Negs, keep my contact with her pretty limited and be aloof as much as you can. Don't be that guy that she walks all over or you're just gonna be another number.
