Interesting take from both of you and it might be entirely valid, but the question remains, how would you respond?

I'm not exactly sure how I would respond since I don't have much experience with night game.

But, based on my personality and the way I interact with women, I imagine that I would:

- smile
- smirk
- laugh
- use humor to deflect
etc.

I can't imagine myself being confrontational in this case, I would keep my sense of humor about it.

I really like some of the lines/comebacks that guys have recommended in this thread.

I will add to my answer, af you ask her age
- If she is older, treat her like she is fucking old, but then why would you hang around old women in the first place.
- If she is younger just let her know you don't tolerate disrepect (and you want to see the failed parents faces) say it as fact without emotion.
- If she try to hide her age, just guess old.

If she is young and she pulls the say please shit, I say she is not worth it. Never tolerate that shit.
