You say that they'd seem receptive, but don't offer as to why you think that.

Do you throw parties? Do they? Do your friends? I'd recommend having them come to a place with heavy drinking for the first time you hang out, and since you're neighbors (and therefore will be ending up going home to nearly the same place at the end of the night) it'll be easier to make it work.

Also, unless you can bang multiple in one night before they have time to talk to each other, or they're just really slutty, you probably won't get multiple. Roommate bangs aren't easy, so choose wisely for the first bang, because you probably won't get a roommate for at least a few months
