The more I read this forum the more I realize how correct my father was growing up about almost everything we talk about here. I remember people generally chastising him for having "radical" beliefs but now I know he was just simply red-pill. It's funny how I have come full circle since college and now know he was closer to red-pill than anyone I've met in my life.

Most of his beliefs he got directly from the Bible. He knows that book better than anyone I've met. Here are some things he said that I think came from his faith.

He believed in light "prepping" and always kept three or four months of canned food in the basement.

Life is a war against fleshly desires. Fight urges and telly your mind and body "no".

He talked about how AIDS was a disease spread by mostly homosexuals.

He talked about how women should behave and often complained at how the modern woman being destroyed by the women's liberation movement.

That the US government should be feared and not is not to be trusted.

Police are to be respected but under no circumstances spoken to or given any information. "Say politely I want to have a lawyer here before I answer any questions and keep repeating in a respectful manner until they do."

"Teachers will brainwash you into thinking in a PC way. This is not entirely their fault, they have also been brainwashed."

"The more formal education a person gets the more liberal they are likely to be."

To respect everyone but to know that there is a lot of truth in stereotypes.

That I didn't have ADHD but I was just a young boy. I was supposed to be rowdy.

You will find the truth if you follow the money.

America will be a bad place to be a male by time I'm became an adult.

Women should be treated like you don't care about them and they will love you for it.

College is a scam to get your money.

Trades combined with entrepreneurship are the way to go.

The best money is made while you sleep.

and on and on...

I know some of these don't seem to be taken from Christian beliefs but if you know what the Bible teaches on a deep level you can definitely see the correlation.

Despite what some people think of religion, there are some very solid ideas in the old book.

One thing that keeps bothering me is how the modern day institution is doing the exact opposite of this. They are trying to conform to the world and to the twisted new thoughts that are working to tear apart families in an attempt to be unoffensive.

Don't follow the grain and continue to learn and improve your mind despite what others try to make you do and think.

Ecclesiasticus (also known as Sirach) is an extra-canonical collection of practical advice and wisdom, typically found in Catholic versions of the Bible. Despite its exclusion from mainstream Protestant denominations, it's arguably the best source of Christian thought on female behavior and making wise decisions as a man.

In short, woman is both the beginning and end of human suffering. Sin began with her, as did human mortality. The book is quite descriptive of what traits and personalities men should avoid while searching for a suitable mate (e.g. slut face, bitchy attitudes, restlessness, combativeness), many of which are considered common knowledge slut-tells in the manosphere today. Other advice:

- Seek out patient, kind, soft-spoken women as long-term partners.
- Beauty fades with time; instead, focus on personality as a long-term source of happiness
- Men should be primary breadwinners. Any other arrangement is slavery and doomed to failure.
- If a woman is overly resistant or ill-tempered, throw her out and move on.
- A bad wife is a source of existential pain and suffering. Choose wisely.
- A good wife is a source of contentment and joy. Choose wisely.
- You get what you deserve. If you don't fear God (driven by lust, pleasure, and sin) you will attract a woman befitting that lifestyle. If you do fear God and avoid sin, God will provide you with a worthy woman.

Proverbs and Ecclesiastes are very red pill. Though I am not sure what red pill means at this point.

The Old Testament is full of truths about human nature. The New Testament that forms the basis of Christianity is mostly nonsense. The Pauline letters are garbage, and the gospels are not realistic-

They sound the same to me. The latter just parses a bit different to our modern English ears/minds. I agree that the King James version has some very tough passages to parse, but what the hell... be a man and buck up! (So that if you are ever thrown back a few centuries via a time-machine you can still dig it and go forward : - ) And if that doesn't happen to you, then you will impress everyone at the bar (including chicks who like your accent and display) when your 7-sails are to the wind on 10th Street!

And... for the comparative religion and/or occult/magick men out there... see the Ancient Egyptian and Vedic passages that basically amount to the same thing. Men on Mysticism and Religion are some crazy-ass motherfuckers : - ) I have pulled more than a few chicks using tight and well studied "Jospeh Campbell" game. Just another talking, and touching, point in the end, really -- until you achieve the "enlightenment" of your current diurnal cycle.

I think you might have the wrong idea about some of these. Let me go into a little detail.

In the passage about not looking lustfully at a woman, (Matthew 5:28) the Greek word for woman actually means "wife" a lot of the time. Also notice that Jesus said that said that someone who does this has already committed adultery in his heart, not fornication. So the passage simply means "don't even think about sleeping with another man's wife", which is good advice. Unfortunately, the modern feminized church has twisted the meaning to imply that any sexual attraction to a woman is bad, which is not biblical at all.

As far as forgiving/loving your enemies, it means that you don't hold a grudge against them. You still do what you need to do - whether that's fighting them in court, protecting your house from a burglar, or even just debating them. You just try not to harbor a personal hatred for them. It's honestly a lot like the "women are overgrown children" philosophy, and I can tell you from experience that living this way daily makes a difference in almost the exact same way.
As far as turning cheeks, I don't think that was meant in a literal, physical sense.

Romans 8:28, enemies are not really enemies… they are some of the best friends I have. What is sometimes meant by some to hurt me actually helps bring about a work of grace in me that wouldn’t take place any other way.
When a supposed enemy attacks, God exposes the sinful blind spots that lie hidden in my heart. When friends extol my good virtues and praise me, I appreciate their expressions of love, but it is more important that I be told the truth especially when it will wound me deeply


My enemies make me stronger, i would be a shell of who i am now if i had none. For what they have forced me to become, I am truly grateful.

I was definitely taught that looking at girls lustfully was a sin...thinking back to when I was a teenager, this added a certain sense of anguish going to church, what with getting boners while thinking about the hot daughters in attendance in the pews in front of me. Sigh.

Good explanation, though. That interpretation makes much more sense.

I was talking to this old dude who hasnt been to church for ten years. Last time he went he was still married. He told me he is an atheist, but when he was married he would take the wife and kids to church. He says church going will keep the wife and kids in line.

No. The KJV is a lousy translation based on older manuscripts.

Use the New Revised Standard Version (NRSV). The Christian Origins specialist I know calls it "God's favorite translation."
