Just because a wife is Muslim doesn't mean she lives by Islamic rules. Shariah is the application of Islam in state affairs. Indonesia might have modern laws and a somewhat secular state that allows women to get divorced, but when I say ''in Islam'' I mean Islamic rules and those rules don't allow women to get divorced. There is no such thing as light Islam and strict Islam. You either live by it or you don't, your choice.

Well - I am a guy who did out-of-body exercises for years within meditation, so my experiences are somehow substantiated - albeit only on a personal level with some limited proof that others can observe.

On the other hand I don't give a rat's ass what someone believes in as experience has taught me to observe what the person is and does contrary to what someone believes in. You might be a religious person and believe in morally right Jihad and 72 virgins after having massacred a bus of children or you might be a complete agnostic who seemingly does not believe in jack-shit, but is still a decent human being. One thing I recently read is that the reason why Dark Triad Game works ever more on Westernized women is because there is a universal lack of more dominant manly men. I think the reason some women like the masochistic sex and to a further extent, being physically hit, etc...is because they have an inner sense of fault for being an ego in the world.

The European Union needs to implement laws that prevent members (or former members) of other countries militaries from joining its ranks, as the US does. Non-native born citizens or naturalized citizens should be barred from enlisting. The Bundeswehr is having a similar issue in Germany, where Turks enlist to get experience and training, and then head off to Syria.
