RE: New Ghostbusters 3, starring 'hilarious' cumdumpsters
It will most likely feature a Dubstep version of the Ghostbusters Theme. The Ghostbusters theme is heavily influenced by Huey Lewis and the News I want a New Drug. They wanted that song for the movie, but Huey wouldn't allow it. Probably wishes he did now.

fuck that and fuck hollywood
anybody know some new decent movies where men act like men and not like fucking pussies
Closest thing is fast and the furious film series, any Jason Statham film or the Expendables...ofcourse those films keep remind you how disposable the male gender is.
I've a learn a long time ago that to avoid newer Hollywood film and stick to direct to vid animated films or animes. Like the new batman : assault on arkham ..sure they are animated...but everyone of them is extremely manly, even the crazy chick does not get her way.
alternatively, you could watch older hollywood films like Sean Connery James Bond films or Clint Eastwood.
Hollywood just isn't in it for the men anymore.
If you want to see some alpha as fuck men watch some of the South Korean movies like Man From Nowhere.
Watch Kitano's Beyond Outrage as well. That one was almost as good as the prequel.
Other than stuff like that and British/UK Gangster/drug flicks (A few have Jason Statham in them), it's slim pickings. One of the reasons why I recently cancelled my Netflix account because I have seen almost all of those kinds of movies and there is nothing else to watch now. I started catching up on anime, mangas, and now watching World War 1 and 2 docs, and Wild West documentaries.

Lewis won a successful plagiarism suit against Ray Parker Jr for the theme song in the 80's - the producers gave Parker the Lewis song for 'inspiration' - so he got the money either way.

HOLY SHIT!!! Never knew!!!
Huey Lewis and the News...American Psycho AND Ghostbusters! They're my new favorite band!
Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

Definitely gonna skip this girl-power nightmare.
I can't remember the last time I've ever been entertained by any performance described as zany.

Yes, he sued - unsuccessfully.
EDIT: The suit was settled.

I just saw "There Will Be Blood" which was pretty solid.
It came out in '08, along with "No Country For Old Men" which was an amazing movie/book, one of my favorites. The author, Cormac McCarthy is probably the most masculine writer today, at least as far as mainstream writers go.
Aside from those I find that most movies without a female lead are pretty solid. "Blue Valentine" and "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" were both interesting, but those the only two recent movies I can think of that contradict that rule.
RE: New Ghostbusters 3, starring 'hilarious' cumdumpsters
If this movie makes any money, a Caddyshack 3 will be coming soon to a theater near you. And if that movie succeeds in turning a profit, no 80's comedy will be safe from an opportunistic all-female sequel. It all leads up to a "Beverly Hills Cop" reboot starring Ellen DeGeneres.

I fucking love no country for old men, it's my favorite movie ever. It exposes one of the biggest lies this country was built and still runs on. There will be blood is a great movie too. Both movies are red pill as fuck, with very deep meaning underneath. Layer after layer rich. Cormac is deeeeep.
RE: New Ghostbusters 3, starring 'hilarious' cumdumpsters
"There will be Blood" and "No Country for Old Men" depicted the strongest masculine characters as psychopaths and that is what masculinity is to Hollywood.
"Blue Valentine" was a terrible depiction of what is going wrong in current America, but still no positive strong Man.
The John Waynes are gone - there are so few positively masculines movies now, that they are virtually non-existent.
Just look at the men in Hollywood 1940s and 50s - the film noir Detective who is a super-Alpha with a heart of gold. Even loving fathers were not depicted as pussies and slobs back then.
Hollywood is the best tool for social engineering and it has always been used like that. The few movies made which avoid the matrix are few and far in between:
Like the whole team of producers losing their jobs after Fight Club was made. Nowadays you risk your job if you counter the big agendas - just as journalists are fired for writing against the current liberal agenda, the same goes for people working in Hollywood. Sometimes they insert some Red Pill wisdom or alternative knowledge into movies, but those are just a few glimpses of light in a dark cave.
Quote:Melissa McCarthy, who was already in talks for one of the leads, has signed on for the Paul Feig-directed reboot, and Sony is now negotiating with Kristen Wiig as well as Saturday Night Live players Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Negotiations are ongoing, but the quartet are expected to sign on as the specter-seeking, poltergeist-punishing, phantom-phollowing foursome in the reboot, which is eyeing a summer shoot in New York.
I wonder if this is a foreshadowing of Hollywood's next round of reboots - taking movies from the past and retooling them with an all-female "grrl power" cast...

So Melissa McCarthy is playing Marshmallow man?
I'm confused

That unfunny fat orange beach ball McCarthy is playing a lead role? I know I won't be seeing this for sure now.
Paul Feig is also a grrrl power director and his entire filmography is sitcoms or rom com type shit.
This is going to be shit for sure especially because they are completely misfiring on their demographic.
Yeah, I'm trying to work out who the hell this show is meant to be aimed at? The original was an action comedy (with Sigourney Weaver at least attempting to do something that looked like feminine sex appeal if you squinted a bit) and it had a solid script.
Women don't watch action, they don't watch horror, there'll be no tits or likely decent stunts to entice young men, so who exactly are they trying to get into cinemas to watch this film? Fuck, even if you managed to drag Bill Murray kicking and screaming back in for a cameo alongside the ever-deluded Dan Ackroyd, people aren't going to line up for that. I think it's time we started taking sweepstakes on which producer's going to lose his job over this one...

This is another Sony studio project. So we can safely assume now that the studio heads don't have a fucking clue. They are just pissing away money everywhere at this point. The most recent Spider-man was also pretty shitty too.

So box office receipts in 2014 were down about 11% from 2013 as a whole, and THIS is going to save their asses?
