Boilermaker needs way more diversity. I can't say I've ever heard any "equality" people complaining there aren't more women in it. Amazing how they can pick and choose.

Just saw this linked in another thread, so I did some research.

I found an article talking about the "glass ceiling in banking is thicker than in any professions" that proceeded to whine about it.

My response?

That's a damn good thing. Not that I have anything against women but I prefer not to work in a female-dominated office.
