"Thanks" really is the best answer

The key don't get flustered with an "aw shucks" reaction, don't be self effacing with "No I'm not" or "Do you really think so?" and don't give her a compliment in return. All these responses tell the girl you don't get compliments from girls regularly and aren't that confident about it

"Thanks , you're not so bad yourself" is a semi-neg that would work if you are clearly confident and if delivered in a cocky/funny way, but "Thanks" is the safest response

"You have good taste" is the usual response to this. Though with the ego of most girls I've can count the number of times I've gotten this on my hands. Usually from girls with low self esteem too :/.

Sometimes I like to go with an over exagerated "AWWWWWW SHUCKS...gonna make me blush with talk like that..."

But I don't blush.
