Well in any relationship be it a romantic, friendship or business one, the one who cares the least has all the power. That said, I think caring is ok. Sex is way better with someone you give a shit about. Problems start happening though when you care too much to the point where you start neglecting your responsibilities and you lose focus on your self improvement. Too many guys hang their self esteem on their woman and go crazy if she stops caring. That can literally destroy a man. Like anything else in life, it's a balance you have to find and neither extreme is healthy.

I cannot express how important this thread is to all of us here. Like one poster said - men nowadays are so starved for attention, as soon as they get some the pussy goes so high on the pedestal.

Our grandfathers would laugh in our face with disgust the way some guys act nowadays. I understand (and am totally guilty of doing it) the feelings and emotions we all feel when we find that 'new girl' who is 'just right' and you feel won the lottery....but just because she gives great head and bangs like a champ does not mean she is 'the one'.

The way around feeling this way is to make your mission the most important thing in your life, for some it might be a hobby, a cause, a profession, for me its med school. As soon as I made that my focal point in my life the girls came in droves, and my selection is whatever I want it to be. Like WIA said, to have abundance mentality, you need abundance reality.


Like Doc said too - sex when you care is emotionally and psychologically fulfilling. If those feelings are not part of your sexual repertoire I feel bad for you. They can be addicting however, and if the woman is a cold hearted individual, she will sense that and eventually use it in a powerplay against you. Don't get addicted, you can find it with most every other girl. Just keep looking.

The converse of this is also - don't worry too much about how you break up with a girl. You honestly think she's going to fall in love with you after you've hit it six times in a month and watched a few Netflix videos together? You think you're a big-time heartbreaker?

After that time she may be saying this and that, saying how perfect a match you are for her, that she wants exclusivity ASAP and all that.

It's hard to say if she really believes these words, or not. But the fact is that once again, she's putting her needs way, way out in front ahead of yours.

If you care about doing good game, OP nailed it & you will adopt this attitude for ALL girls.

The moment you make an exception for any girl is the moment your game starts to crumble & elements of weak game start to infiltrate.

Evolution of a player:

1. Figuring out what good game is in the first place.
2. Being able to do good game on anything up to a 6 in the first place.
3. Graduate to 7s.
4. Graduate to 8s.
5. Graduate to 9-10s.

Good game is the same on all of them. I guarantee weaknesses in any player's game on the more attractive end of the scale is because they do not adopt the attitude in OP's post in the first place.

Fix this first, and a whole host of game problems auto-correct themselves.

This thread has really helped me. I've been dating this 'broken' girl recently. Trying to charm her, trying to convince her like some desperate fool that I'm a special snowflake. Yet over the past few days, something inside me began to feel unsettled and tired of trying.

Tired of trying to convince her with my bullshit. Tired of convincing myself of her bullshit. That somehow she was worth it, that I was going to try and make a special effort.

The bottom-line is, I wonder what's the point in trying to convince her. It's a one way street.

Once I began my red pill journey I never saw them that way. Even in my beginner gaming days I was simply reverse engineering game mechanics rather than trying to find a unicorn.

They're really not that complicated. They have something we want in high demand and thus, they hold a lot of power. I guarantee if they were plucked out of their bodies and inserted into a male one, they'd be floundering in the dating world.

And if you read more closely, my original point wasn't even to criticize girls for having horrible game. It was to give an example.

It's weird, I've been thinking I'm free from this because I have had a high notch count this year and last year and am free from one-itis, but I have been getting ghosted on more lately after that first lay, which might be because I care about the girl I bang, even if I cared about someone else the night before and will care about someone else the next night.
