Ultimate Warrior was one of my, if not my biggest inspiration when it came to improvement. His intense lectures on the merits of applying an unbeatable vigor to things was the catalyst to getting off my ass and working out, as well as finding training as a pro wrestler.

Such a man would've been a great voice to speak deliver some good red pill truth.

funny how Frank was aloof with his creative process, he slowly composed "whats new in baltimore" in every encounter with Steve

in the end when Vai is talkin bout this one time that zappa insanely played the guitar at gig in new york, at the 3:13 you can see in his face how strong that experience was

I put this video on almost every morning while I do my morning warmup (a few body weight pushups and squats plus flexibility work to aid/compensate my lifting). Really inspiring for slow and soulful meditative stretching.

I have a TV in my home gym and watch this every time I work out. I also downloaded it to mp3 format so I can listen to it when I run or go out gaming.
