Going back to an old LTR, went back because she is irresistible. Unhealthy relationship, but I go back anyway, and lose my frame if she says and does things I think are wrong. I say bad things, get angry, get upset, then I'm up in the middle of the night making a post.

Is it a limitation in me if I am letting this one still get to me, and losing my frame? She's not the only one this has happened with. I see it as a sign I am still not there. I am far enough along to get out of a bad and unhealthy relationship. But in the moment, when I am experiencing a stupid comment or behavior, I still let myself go and let my emotions get the best of me.

* Delete everything you have from her, phone number, pictures, FB, everything.
* Don't answer her calls. Block her.

Some relationships are like a play. Act I, Act II, Act III, etc. Everytime the LTR or whatever is rekindled it's the next Act. Eventually the curtain closes for good, but not until one of you has gotten or learned what they needed out of it.

It's easy and natural to lose frame when your emotional investment is high. As a man you want to prevent that as best you can. Keep working at it. It doesn't change overnight. It's more like a sunrise.

The fact you're here writing about it shows you're self-aware enough to see what's going on. Most men won't question it or themselves.

My join date here coincides with when I broke it off with her. I got with her when I "thought" I needed a girlfriend to be a normal guy, and I wasn't really trying all that hard with women. Through all of the BS with her I went through this game renaissance a year ago, where I started approaching like mad and banging lots of other girls. I got back with an ex back in June, same situation as yours. It was great at first, I was gaming her hard and she was falling for it. The sex was amazing and I was fucking another girl at the same time so I was in the right.

Our personalities don't go well together though. She would do shit I hated and I would let it slide because I love fucking her, but eventually I got fed up, told her she was a terrible person and ended the whole fiasco. Maybe I'll do the fade out next time.

I'm all for hitting up your ex's within reason as long as you are still getting other pussy on the side. It gives you something to measure your game against.

Yeah, I used to do this too. When we're lonely, unsatisfied or whatever we may start romanticizing the past. We remember all the good stuff only.

I highly disagree. I'm not saying that all girls are special snow flakes, but some girls really can be leaps and bounds above other girls. There are certainly girls out there that are special... just cause they are very rare doesn't mean they don't exist.
